Sent a text of a toll processing information. Scam block on site. Trying to install virus on phone

A "Mrs. Cohen from the IRS" called me from this # on August 5, 2013. What followed was the theft of my EIN and business identity which the thieves combined with the SSN of an 83 year old woman. I'm still dealing with the fallout of this. They opened up fraudulent merchant credit card processing accounts with this info and processed stolen credit cards. Every entity involved thought I sold religious goods which is what links this call to the aftermath. This was also the info on my company was downloaded from the Secretary of State. I obtained all this info on the accounts from the credit card companies, one of which is now trying to collect from me after I was the one who informed them of the fraudulent account. Law enforcement has been useless despite all the info available.

On the Do Not Call list. What's the point?

Said I was behind on a bill and I am not behind on anything!!!!!!!!

Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! According to the man with a thick accent-he was calling to stop a disaster. My computer was going to crash. Told him new it was a scam and hung up.

I continue to get calls from this number even though I have repeatedly told them I am on a telemarketing do not call list.

My 88 year old father received a call from this number today from someone saying that they were his grandson and he said he was in jail in Panama City and that they needed $3000. to get him out and then he put a person on the phone that said he was the attorney.

When I asked they cease contacting and soliciting my cell phone (which is on the do not call list,) he continued to call me FOUR more times (one after the other,) and would alternate between this number and an undentified number.

All scammers. Wanting money for some cc I never had. They are on my block of do not call.
