constant calls either at dinner time, or late evening!! I am on the national do not call list, how do i stop these calls??

Keeps calling and never leaves a voicemail. Calls are typically late (too late) in the evenings.

They called and I didn't answer

We first get an out of area code phone call. They keep saying we have something wrong with our computer/that they are from Windows or some weak statement. Not to much later in the morning we get a call: on caller ID it say Central Marketing: phone number 727-819-9536. This has happened so many times. If you do not do something about this like locating them and punishing these people, as they are intruding in innocent people's lives and they are wanting to cause harm and problems for us, When they speak/talk/they have heavy Muslim accents where you cannot even understand what they are saying. Strange/odd/weird. I hope I do not get one more call.

Repeated nuisance calls. Calling after 8 pm, disturbing sleep.
