I keep getting phone calls from this person, but several different numbers stating that she is calling on behalf of VISA and MASTERCARD and since I have been paying my bills in and excellent manner that she wants to give me a "super" interest rate. I have asked nicely to not call me any more because I am not interested, and blocked the number, but she continues to call me on a different number with the same information. I am not interested in what she is offering and want her to stop calling me!

These are the rudest people ever. They purport to be from a check recovery unit. They misrepresent the law. They do not verify in writing. They want you to pay money to them without verifying that they are who they say they are. They are a scam!!! People should never send any money to a company that contacts them without any verification.
