Not sure this was a legitimate fraud alert so I did not respond

A text came saying someone used my debit card and asked to say yes or no in response. I tected no and they called right after asking for information. I hung up and called my bank. They said there was a charge but they would cancel my card because I did not make the purchase. The charge came from a little town in Brazil. Watch out for this type of scam because they will pry info from you and use it to clean you out.

This is FRAUD the received a call from this number but was unable to answer. Shortly after I received a text claiming to be my bank saying if I had tried to make a purchase from a strange website and if that was not me to reply NO. When I replied NO I got a call again from this number. Since something felt off I ignored the call. Later I got another text claiming to be my bank saying my card was suspended for to protect me from fraud and it said I had to call this number. I decided to call my bank instead and i'm glad I did because they said there was no such activity in my account and my card was not suspended.

Called and left a automated message saying there was activity on our credit card. Said they were calling for the bank that we use. We will call our credit union to check.

This company is LEGITIMATE. My bank service center confirmed that they outsource their fraud investigations to this company. That is how I first learned about them. I had called my bank on a different matter, and they told me there had been very recent fraudulent activity on my checking account. Very shortly after my phone call to the bank, this company called me to explain the details. I already knew from my bank service center that they were going to be calling. After I filled out this form, before I hit submit, I called my bank again. Once again, they confirmed that they outsource their fraud investigations to this company. This company, and their services, are LEGITIMATE!!!

Said they were from my bank and that they were blocking charges on my debit card from another state. Asked for my birth date and mailing address.

This was a text message that prompted me to text Yes of No for a transaction. I called the number on my phone and got an automated system that proceeded to try to gather my personal information such as year I was born and birth month and day. I hung up and called my bank to cancel my card.
