Got a call from 1-800-847-2911 saw on my ID THAT IT WAS FROM VISA
He told me he was calling from another company & wanted to lower my

Got a call from another number claiming to be Visa/Mastercard Center and I had qualified for a lower interest rate on my card (which is through my bank). I asked why was my bank not calling. Man with very foreign sounding accent said they worked with all the banks. He dd not want to let me hang up. I asked for another number to call and verify that this was a geniune offer. He gave me this 800 number and wanted me to call this from another phone while he held the line. I hung up and found this info. Obviously a scam.
