Please enter comments here I called in because my computer said that I didn't download my Office Home and student and this number popped up and told me I had all this errors and viruses and malware and wanted me to buy total protection for 1 yr $499 5 yr 899.99 and lifetime for 1399.00 told him I didn't have the money so he ask if I was a sr then I would get a discount. Told me to take all my anti-virus out because it isn't doing any good. would not let me get off the phone so I finally hung up

Also received threatening phone call regarding tax fraud. He said his name was Daniel Cruz.

Represents themselves as IRS tax audit dept. Leaves msg saying "call to avoid possible arrest warrant for tax evasion."

Caller claimed to be a working IRS auditor stating that I was involved in a tax fraud claim. Caller also stated that an arrest warrant was being filed and that I should return his call promptly. The caller's name provided was Daniel Kousch and was a foreign male. Thanks to Spokeo for identifying this number as a telemarketer with approximately 452 complaints! DRF

We have been contacted by Daniel ?? Kuntz twice now. HE HAS THREATEN US THAT WE HAVE OUTSTANDING ISSUES WITH THE IRS AND HE IS GOING TO FILE PAPERWORK AGAINT US!!BECAUSE WE REFUSED TO GIVE HIM PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Caller left a message and said his name was Daniel Cruz and he was from IRS tax audit division. Same comments were made to me on my phone message machine like the other complaints.

A man called Daniel Koonze said we owed money and were going to be in big trouble...warrant for arrest, etc. Called and they hung up on us.

My story is the same as all of those above. Daniel Koosh left a message for me saying he was from the tax audit Department of IRS and they were about to seek a warrant for my arrest. Very confusing. Unknown caller on the caller ID. Total B. S.!!!
