Charged my card for $97.38, when I called back they couldn't find my information! I want my money back!

My phone showed potential spam I did not answer
Called me up asking me to verify personal data before they would tell me who they are or the purpose of their call. I refused to give it until they would tell me who they were and why they were calling. They refused.
this number keeps calling my phone, but no one is there when I answer
According to reverse phone number look-up websites this number is invalid. I called this number after receiving a "$25,000 Lottery-Try Your Key!" scratch-off in the mail and "winning" a brand new 2013 Dodge Charger in order to enter my confirmation number. On the other end of the phone was a female computerized voice saying to visit the Northwest Florida fairgrounds Fort Walton Beach, FL to pick up my prize. Luckily the voice did not ask for any personal information, but after doing a bit of research I realized I had been duped and had confirmed with them my phone number and address, thanks to answering a mailed lottery ticket and using my phone to do it. With research I found that the car company on the scratch-off was legitimate, but their website mentioned nothing about the sweepstakes and nothing about being at the fairgrounds. I also found that the fairgrounds existed, but had nothing scheduled to run on the dates provided by the scratch-off and no mention of the car company whatsoever. It's my belief that whoever sends out these scratch-offs uses names of companies and locations that already exist and put them together to make their scams look legitimate. Although I do not believe they received enough information to take my identity and can only use the information they gained to send more scams, I plan on contacting my cellphone provider tomorrow and changing my number to avoid any uncertainties.
