Would not identify themselves, called repeatedly.

I feel I am in danger. Threat by someone I do not know.the number comes up under telemarketing. I have not given them any information. They need to write

They have founf didtant family members to get in contact with me. Said I have committed fraud by defaulting on apayday loan from June 2011. I never took out a payday loan in 2011 and when i did, I gave them MY name, MY social and MY acct info so just because it was not paid back does not constitute it as FRAUD. Nothing was fraudulant about it. THis is a scam and they try to scare u into paying them money by saying u will have to appear in court for FRAUD! Everyone knows that in the state of Tx, u cannot get jail time for a payday loan. However, they dont even have the correct dates of when I got the loan. They are telling me this a loan i took out MONTHS after i really took it out. Word of advice, don't let them scare u into giving them your money!! This is NOT LEGIT!!

got message from a Monica Morris stating she received a document regarding my social security number. Say that I need to call back before she refers my social security to a jurisdiction. No other information provided - not even a company name.

Have repeated calls saying they are a law firm and will remove my number but they keep calling and are very rude. Turning this matter over to law enforcement as they have helped us before with matters as this.

Spoke with someone who identified himself as Joe Thomas. He claimed to work for a lawfirm but was unable to provide me with a name or location. He then said he works for a collection agency!!!

Doesn't say who they are but state a very important business matter. SCAM NEED TO BE PUT IN PRISON

this caller called me saying the was from a law fream and tell me that they were going to press charages of frude. and that i was going to be put in jail for not paying a Payday loan
