Constantly calling night and day

To many call is Annoying

Repeated calls to refinance despite telling them I am not interested.

They call mu cellphone several times a day, and don't leave a message.

Thank you. This caller is a nuisance.

good day. Recently I was using the telephone to call "Chase bank." I gentleman answered representing "Life Protect." Being a senior in her 70's I thought this was a new service Chase Bank was offering. As the conversation progressed the gentleman was signing me up for this alert system. As I finished with my conversation we disconnected and I thought I peculiar that the gentleman did not transfer me to another bank representative, so I redialed. Days later I receive this box in the mail with a welcome and a how to letter. In addition there was a separate letter explaining that I was now responsible for this "convenient" monthly plan of $29 a month. I am a senior citizen who lives on a a very simple couple of hundred dollar a month pension, there is no way I would have agreed to to this type of monthly debt. I feel as though I have been taken advantage of. As I continued to read through the letter learn that if I choose to return this product I will have to incur a $50 restock fee. I need your assistance. I cannot afford this service let alone afford to pay you $50 to return it or even the postage and handling. I am asking for leniency in this matter and that an exception to policy be favorably considered. Respectfully Stella Richards

I keep getting phone calls from this number. They leave a message saying they are following up on a disability claim for me. I do not have any disability claims. They leave this number 888-983-3076 as a call back number to get more info or to opt-out on subsequent follow-up calls.
