asking to prove personal information

Tried to pass off as Microsoft Windows and that there was a hacker on my PC. Original # called from was 6385130000

They are trying to collect on a mortgage that was already paid off 4 years ago.

Receiving repeated faxes from this company and have made repeated requests to be removed from their list. They continue to send at least once a week.

I am receiving threatening phone calls from this number

I received calls from this number on my cell phone; they called five times over a period of six days (10/21–10/26), in the morning, afternoon, and evening. When I let the calls go to voicemail, there was a short span of room noise followed by a manual hangup. I gathered these were not automated calls. I answered on two occasions and told them to remove me from their calling list; each time the "gentleman" on the other end attempted to used cold call scare tactics to keep me on the line; Guy #1 one: "So why did you sign up with our website?" (He didn't name the site.) "So, you don't mind that someone else has your personal information? Okay, good luck with that." (He didn't call me by name, or indicate in any way that they actually had any of my personal information.) I stated I was on the Do Not Call list; he replied happily that they don't operate in the U.S. Wonderful. Guy #2 actually feigned offense at my anger. But, as they haven't called since, I'm forced to recommend cursing creatively to deal with these people.

This company called to sell me one free bottle of ExtremeHCA if I pd. S&H of $4.95. I agreed to that sale. When i called to see why i was charged since i haven't had the product for 30 days i was told i signed up for some challenge that i NEVER RECEIVED a email about (because the sales rep missed a digit on my email address) The cancellation info was on this email!! but i should have called the 800# on the bottle to cancel. I asked for a manager she said she was a manager, then i asked for corporate and she said there is no corporate...really!! Major SCAM.

This company called to sell me one free bottle of ExtremeHCA if I pd. S&H of $4.95. I agreed to that sale. They charged my credit card that amnt plus another charge of $89.90. When I called to rectify, "Susan" said she'd credit me $25. She would not reveal the name of the company or any other info. Major SCAM.
