A person from this company called, he was very rule and obnoxious as well as disrepectful, he called me a liar, stating i have bad credit and no one wants my bad credit and that I was just sitting during nothing. He then asked me about my children. He had me so angry, that I am now going to file a complaint with the FCC and the media. This is ridiculous from a company representative have the ability to call and try a terrorize people.

This company called my number because someone they're looking for used to live with me. we haven't lived together since 2004 - 8 years! the person who they're looking for died 3 years ago! how could the debt collector get my number? why is this abuse allowed to happen? debt collectors are the scum of the earth.

I am on the no call list.They have called me several times.

A fellow said that this was CMA and that they had left several messages without a response. Please call back before 10am tomorrow or you won't need to call at all. He left a call back number that differed by one digit from what the caller ID said (949-812-4697). The problem is that we have not had a single message identified as from CMA or from this number before (I checked the caller ID record on our phone). I have a suspicion that this is just a line to get you to call. Don't know if it would be a collections person or a telemarketer or what. I don't plan on calling back. It's just a bit too out of left field for me to think that it is legit.

Called a place of business for an employee saying a process server was coming to serve a subpoena over some litigation and they needed to speak to them first, urgently.

left me a message saying they were NOT telemarketers, but were calling re: business I am in. Liars!! Called them back; they were telemarketers/bill collectors. told them the party they were looking for doesn't live here; still called me!
