I received a text message asking if it was a good time to chat. I have no contacts in California.

they are calling and they have left threatening messages and used VULGAR language. I have saved all the messages and plan to report them to the local authority.

They are calling me several times in an hour offering Payday loans or saying that I am 3 months behinds with my loan !!

they caled offering a payday loan that I am not interested in !! later they called and said that I have 3 payday loan outstanding !!

Has called 13 times in the last 17 minutes. Told him to remove me from his list and he said he 'wasn't interested'. He then began to laugh and ask me what I was going to do about it.

They called asking if I wanted $1,000 loan. I told them, no I wasn't interested. They continue to press me to take the loan. I asked that they remove my number from their call list.

Scammer ... wants to steal your personal information.

This is a payday loan company. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to give them the necessary information to get a loan approved. I got VERY nervous when they told me everything was approved and the money would be in my account within an hour, however they never sent me any documentation that I had to electronically sign. THIS IS PROBABLY A FRAUDULENT OPERATION!!!

this caller called my job and wanted to verify my SS# (it was incorrect) but I didn't speak with them they left a message in my work voice mail which was threatening ME WITH SOME ACTION?
