A individual called me at 12:40 pm on Monday 5/16/16 and said that I MUST contact his office immediately to avoid prosecution for income tax liens (?) . I have No Idea why I received this call as I have NOT HAD PROBLEM with the IRS, EVER!! In fact I received a refund this past year

I have received several calls from the above number, as well as another number, 202-394-0952, notifying me of an impending arrest for tax fraud. I have not responded to the above number but tried to call the 202 number and received a " no longer in service" message. In each case the voice of the person who left the message urging me to reply to the call was in some foreign accent..... possibly East Indian or Pakistani. Please advise. Thank you.
