These people are posing themselves to be the social security and trying to get information this is very serious and I sure hope you will look into it

PAIN IN THE BUTT CALLS .

Received this call on my home phone which is listed on "Do Not Call List"! Identified themselves as "Cardmember Services". I do not have credit cards and asked to be taken off their call list. Caller be became abusive and told me he would NOT take my number off the list and asked what I was going to do about it??? Arrogant and rude!

This number has calling my home landline phone in Pittsburgh -- for well over a year. I am on the 'Do Not Call List,' AND I have held the line and repeatedly told them to take me off their list. I have never had anything to do with this company, who says they're offering a 'lower interest rate,' which will expire soon! Additionally, they leave long messages on my machine, which sometimes fills the machine and prohibits my family and friends from leaving important messages.

Called offering to lower my credit card rate. I asked what card, they said "Visa". I asked them for information that would confirm that it was someone who we actually did have an account with, specifically, our street address. He got a bit flustered and asked if he was talking to the primary account holder. I asked him the PCH's First name. He said he would look it up and that he would be right back, put me on hold, never came back. Called the number on my caller ID. It starts to connect, then clicks over to a fax tone. Definitely phishing attempt. DO NOT provide them ANY personal or account information. If the call was legit, they should be able to access card holder info BEFORE they get you on the line. My policy is that I NEVER give information to unsolicited callers. If I actually feel that it may be a legitimate call, I make them prove THEIR identity first and then I look up the company info on my own and call them directly. I picture all unknown callers as Serial Killers who want me to hop into their car for a free ride. Be Suspicious - Be Cautious - Be Rude and JUST HANG UP!

I also received a call today. "lower my credit card interest rate" Since i don't have credit cards I selected 9 to speak to an "operator". This "operator" was abusive and foul. My refusal to give him information, only take information prompted him to place me on "hold"...I was never put on hold..he just tried to change his voice and stated F..You This call is costing $30.00 per minute..in his most sinister voice....LOL...I hope it did..and it will cost more after the FTC is done with them...Filed a formal complaint..not just the Do Not call list...I suggest ya all do the same...

These scammers use false numbers as the caller Id, they are rude, suing them would do no good(someone suggested suing them), they are out fo the country, outside of our jurisdiction, they are thieves, I string them along, I just wish once I could get one of them in the same room as me so they could leave on a stretcher and spend years in traction

I had another call from “Card Holder Services” ( # 972-300-0001) I know it is a fishing scam, but they always call under different phone numbers with different area codes. So, today I picked up and answered the phone (without thinking) and because I don’t know about you but I have been receiving political calls out the wazoo! When I heard the company name I decided to wait on the line to talk to a person and ask yet once again to be removed from the calling list. What I was met with when I asked was a strait forward “No” Then it proceeded like this; Me “excuse me, may I speak to a supervisor” Fisher “No, you don’t understand the meaning of, No?” Me “No, as in no I don’t want to talk to you. Give me a supervisor” Fisher “I have a question are you a porn-star” Me “What the f*** did you just ask me” Fisher” Are you a porn-star?” (Saying ever word labored, to make sure I heard what I heard) Me “You are an illegitimate worker, who works for an illegitimate company, so a porn-star would be more respectable. Get me off your f***in list now” Fisher “well, you must be a whore then, why are you talking to me whore” Me “that’s f*** you I am putting the conversation up on every web site I can” (clicking hang-up button cause I cannot slam a cordless phone)
