Federal Minister for Aviation Ghulam Sarwar Khan flanked by Deputy Director General ANF Ghulam Qadir Thebo, Director RAC Waqar Ahmed was chief guest at the occasion.

According to the RAC spokesman, the launching ceremony was addressed by Director RAC Waqar Ahmed, Malik Umer Hayat, Sharjil Ashraf, Ch Muhammad Rafiq,Ch Muhammad Rafique and Mian Muhammad Shahzad.

RAC Director Waqar Ahmed said that 'United Nations Security Council through several of its resolutions has validated the Kashmiris' right to decide their future through a fair and impartial plebiscite'.

RAC 12 bested all other groups that provide advisory duties to the PNP at the regional level.

RAC Director Waqar Ahmed said that the Potohar region was blessed with good voices and the RAC arranged the function to give people a chance to present their talent in the field of Qirat and Naat.

He added that RAC Director Waqar Ahmed, Director Punjab Group of Colleges Chaudhry Akram, former RAC Resident Director Naheed Manzoor and a large number of students took part in the tree plantation campaign.

'We have equally distributed all the outstanding materials and funds for activation of the 260 RAC, in the 17 Local Government Areas of Enugu State,'' he said.

'INEC Enugu has concluded final verification of conditions of polling unit locations and RAC centres before now.
