Any personal information you provide to us, including and similar to: your name, address, telephone number and email address, will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside the core administrators of this site. Only put general public information into the contact form on the site, to be sure that if your connection is not secure or the data is being "sniffed" by any person or organization, you will not reveal anything not generally made public elsewhere.

Credit Card Details

Your private/sensitive information is not and CANNOT be stored on our web server. The processor is a major, certified service provider. We have the ability to at least delete your profile/account from their system. Contact Us if you wish that to be done--but NOTE that your subscription will not renew when it comes due. You may cancel any subscription from within your member area. When we see that it has been done, we delete your profile from the processor area. We cannot see anything there but the fact that you have paid, but we can delete the whole instance/profile.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to the account at toq/journal/member which started the subscription and click cancel subscription. If you need a refund from a subscription which you forgot to cancel, if you have not received any new issues, we will refund the purchase in full and cancel the subscription. If you receive Print copies of TOQ, then you may be refunded for any un-mailed issues; according to our mailing labels/postage records as there are four (4) issues per subscription year (whenever you start). The same policy is respected for book purchases. They can take up to 2 weeks to receive due to inventory and distributor considerations. If there are any issues, or you did not supply the correct address to us prior to mailing, we cannot refund for either books or TOQ issues. We can send copies to the corrected address upon request and payment of postage.
