HWANG Method - Entering the Void

Entering the void, astral projection, and lucid dreaming are completely natural experiences. They are not something foreign to you but rather innate abilities that have always been within you, waiting to be remembered. All you need is concentration, faith, and practice.

Each person may experience this process differently, but the key is to trust that the void is your natural state. You don’t have to force anything—just allow it to happen.

Step 1: Deep Relaxation

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. You can be lying down, sitting, or in any position that feels comfortable to you.

Close your eyes and start breathing slowly and deeply. As you inhale and exhale, mentally repeat affirmations that help you release stress and relax your body:

"I am so relaxed."

"My body feels as light as a feather."

"I release all the stress of the day."

"Each breath takes me deeper."

Focus on the sensations. Feel how, with each exhalation, your body releases tension, as if you were dissolving into the air.

If your mind starts to wander, simply observe your thoughts without judgment and gently bring your attention back to your breathing.

Step 2: Setting Your Intention

Once you are deeply relaxed, it’s time to set your intention. This is crucial because your mind needs a clear direction to guide the experience.

Tell yourself with conviction:

"Tonight, I will enter the void."

"I will have a lucid dream with complete clarity."

"I will detach from my physical body and explore beyond it."

It’s not just about repeating words—it’s about feeling what you are affirming. Your intention is the key that unlocks the door to the void.

Step 3: Affirmations of Connection

Now that your intention is set, start affirming your presence in this natural state. Repeat mentally or out loud:

"I AM."

"I am pure consciousness."

"This is my natural state."

"Being in the void is natural for me."

"I AM the void."

"I AM power."

"There is no separation between me and the all."

These affirmations should feel authentic. Even if, at first, it seems like you’re just repeating words, over time, you will start to believe them and experience them as truth.

Imagine that each affirmation is like a key unlocking new dimensions within you.

Symptoms (or Lack of Symptoms) During the Transition

As you enter this state, you may begin to feel physical and energetic sensations. Some of them may include:

A feeling of extreme heaviness or absolute lightness

Vibrations throughout your body

A sensation of falling or floating

A buzzing or ringing in your ears

Pressure in your head or chest

An increased heart rate

The feeling that something is "pulling" you away from your physical body

However, it is also possible to enter the void without experiencing any symptoms at all. Some people transition smoothly without physical sensations, simply finding themselves in the void effortlessly.

Both experiences are valid—whether you feel sensations or not, trust that the process is working.

If any sensation becomes too intense, simply relax even more and surrender to the process.

Remember: the void is your natural state. There is nothing to fear.

Extra Tip

A useful trick to help detach from your physical body is to visualize your hands moving in your mind. Imagine yourself lifting them, touching your surroundings, feeling textures.

This technique can make it easier to separate and take the final step into the experience.

Additional Elements

If you wish, you can enhance the method with:

Relaxing music or ambient sounds

Subliminal audios with affirmation messages

Binaural frequencies that induce altered states of consciousness

There are no strict rules on what to use, but the most important thing is that your attention always returns to your breathing.

Final Advice

If at any moment you feel fear or uncertainty, remember that you are in control. The void is not something external—it is a part of you.

Trust the process.

Let go without forcing anything.

Remember that this is natural for you.

1. the end, the beginning.

I knew about the law of attraction years ago thanks to social media, so there it was, like every day trying to manifest my desires.

I was fed up, every day was the same.

My heart healing and breaking everyday, the same cycle of hope and hopelessness continues.

was it always going to be like this?

would I always have to let fears take over me?

I couldn't trust, I didn't believe that just by believing I could get what I wanted but at the same time I had no other option.

I couldn't go on like this, I didn't want to go on like this, I just wanted to end my life, I gave up and cried, cried, cried thinking that this would be the end, that I wouldn't be able to be happy and that was it.

I gave up and thought I was resigned to living a shitty life.

But I cried so much that all the sadness that was in me came out, all the fears that were clinging to me came out.

That's when I felt peace, when I realized that no, I wasn't going to give up that easily, that I first have to do it and do it well, not keep trying.

So I persisted for only 2 days, as I already had my desire for that moment and yes, after 2 days my 3D had already reflected it, it was exciting.

did i reallt do that? was it just a coincidence?

No, it was really me.

I was happy for a few days until the fears returned but this time I was afraid of losing my desire, that's when I realized that fears have no meaning.

I already have it, why would I lose it?

2. I discovered Tumblr and the void state.

I didn't know what void state was, but as soon as I read about it, it caught my attention.

By then my self-concept had improved, I was still dealing with my fears but not as much as before.

So, I made a friend who explained to me more about the void state and she told me that she manifested her house through the void state.

I got excited and hopeful, I read some methods on how to get in and tried to do it, but I couldn't.

I couldn't do it, the simple idea of getting everything so easily sounded easy and fantastical to me.

But one day I realized who I really am, that I am everything, that nothing and no one has power outside of me.

I was filled with satisfaction, joy, peace, I felt like laughing knowing who I am and how easy everything is.

How did I first enter the void state?

so I had a subliminal audio playing in the background while I was meditating.

I thought...I am so powerful, I am capable of anything, I can have whatever I want whenever I want.

At that time I was very sleepy because I had taken some exams, so I just thought "my physical body is going to sleep and rest and I'm going to the void state"

After all, the void state is me and there is nothing easier than being me.

And so it happened, I entered the void state and knew that I already had everything just as I wanted, then I came out and continued sleeping while I didn't stop smiling and feeling a sensation of peace and extreme happiness.

I woke up and stood calmly until I realized what had happened...

I was scared shitless when I realized that I had entered the void state for real and that at that moment I should have everything I wanted and that was when 3d reality disappeared before my eyes.

Everything began to collapse and I felt a huge current of energy running through my entire body, as if it were a waterfall flowing inside me.

I was very scared, I won't deny it, but after all I did it.

(I swear that just as you see in the gif, that's how I felt at that moment)

The following days I couldn't stop shaking and feeling scared because I didn't understand how it was possible that 3D could disappear just like that.

Then I read someone here talking about non-dualism. @lotusmi

Then I understood my experience.

Since that day everything is much easier for me.

I have entered the void state 3 times.

that manifests?

.cure my depression.

.cure my anxiety.

.trust myself.

.longer eyelashes.

.my desired person in love with me.

.money.

.be able to manifest easily.

.prettiest voice.

.I am spoiled.

The rest of the things I manifest are more private.

But basically for me this is the best thing that could have happened to me.

Some logical things about the void state, brainwaves, etc

This isn't going to be formatted as well. I'm just throwing out information I keep getting asked about.

First of all, the void state is not a deep meditative state. You can use meditation to enter the void but it's not a meditative state because you're not aware of the 3d at all.

The void created your reality whether you like it or not but everything that happens to YOU was created by the pure consciousness. The reason your life was horrible is because you didn't know you could control it.

When you manifest with the void or in general, you have a few options. You can manifest literally anything and everything in THIS REALITY THAT IS YOUR CURRENT ORIGINAL REALITY, or you can shift. You get everything you want in this reality if that's what you want. If you wanna shift, you shift. You can script that nobody finds you weird but be careful and make sure you don't run into any trouble (you could just erase it even if you do so don't worry). You don't have to go anywhere. Nothing is impossible. Kind of the whole point of the void.

Alpha state is a state where you are still conscious but relaxed and not stressed out (unlike the beta state where you are stressed). Your thoughts flow freely in the alpha state and there is no restrictions caused by stress. You should always begin your meditation by getting into alpha state first because it makes going deeper in your mind even easier. It's also when you are focused on something for an extended period of time.

Theta state is a level deeper and it consists of reduced consciousness, lucid dreaming, REM sleep, etc. This is when we are about to go to sleep or wake up in our minds during dreams (lucid dreaming).

Now DELTA state is what babies and infants stay in when they're in the womb. It's a state where you lose bodily awareness and have access to your conscious mind. This is why so many get into the void with delta waves.

Alpha: So to induce each of these states, you have to meditate. But the levels of meditation are different. For Alpha State, you can use the distraction technique by @luckykiwiii101, follow the Nordic Witch meditation on youtube, or do the Silva method.

The silva Method is basically lying down and taking 3 deep breaths. On the first deep breath, imagine the number 3 and say it in your mind three times. Do the same for 2 and 1, breathing deeply each time. Afterwards, you count from 100 to 0. If you're not used to meditation, 100 to 0 should do it. But if you meditate constantly, you might need to do 100 to 0, then 50 to 0, then 25 to 0 to reach deeper levels of consciousness.

Theta: Theta waves is fairly easy. You need to stay still and allow your body to fall asleep. Take deep breaths and visualize a candle or an object in your mind (anything works great). Keep your focus on either your breathing or the object.

Delta: Delta waves can be induced by yoga nidra or transcendental meditation

Transcendental Meditation: Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation that involves repeating a mantra. This type of meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.

Does that sound familiar? Yep, SATS requires a mantra or a looped visualization as well. Yoga Nidra also gets you into delta state. That's why it works. You visualize and hold this visualization as the last thing in your mind before you lose consciousness (waking consciousness that is).

So the point of all of this is that if you have not been able to induce pure consciousness despite trying the methods, it means your mind is overactive. I don't care if you fell asleep during a method. That just means your mind went from active (beta) or overactive (gamma) to Delta directly (because delta is induced when you sleep naturally).

Let's come back to the void. Like we discussed earlier, the void is not a meditative state. So why do meditative states lead you to the void? It's because meditation allows you to disconnect from your physical body and go deeper within your mind. The void is the purest state of consciousness. Each brainwave is a state of consciousness.

So the way to actually induce the void (a foolproof technique) is to not expect when you're doing the methods. Let me explain:

When you do any method, during it and after you're done and if you have not fallen asleep, you look for symptoms or signs. This brings your mind back to beta because you're questioning, searching etc.

When you stop expecting, you're letting your ego be put to rest. So the next time you do a method, if you feel that you're not stressed, move forward with any method and don't look for symptoms. But if you've been stressing out all day, do an alpha meditation first and then do anything else. The distraction technique is still technically SATS. You use the alpha state meditation to relax and then you visualize which puts you into theta, and eventually delta, then finally pure consciousness.

That's all I have right now.

It’s fine, don’t worry! I understand so thank you for asking me. I can only give my opinion, but I’m not a master at inducing pure consciousness. What I would do, is just focus on my breathing or even counting from 1-200. Don’t focus on the symptoms or the 3d. As a matter of fact @luckykiwiii101 has an amazing distraction technique that has several success stories!

I tried the distraction method (by @.luckykiwii101) last night and it almost worked.

I didn't enter the void for one single reason: my lack of persistence 🫠 and that's something I've been fighting against for a while now. but it always seem so difficult to stay focused and actually do stuff...

but, anyway, I got comfy and started counting down from 12 to 1 while visualizing the numbers (as the method says I should). I felt myself going somewhere else - that definitely wasn't dreamland - when I got to number 8. Didn't keep going because,, well,, idk. I lost focus and fell asleep quickly.

that's it ! so, even tho I didn't enter the void, I know I can, and would've if I haven't stopped mid method. so, obviously, I recommend it lots !

guys, i think i just realised something!!!

few months ago, i read @gorgeouslypink blog about the wim hof method, so i tried it in the middle of night few times. In the beginning, whenever i did it it relaxed my body a ot. Then one day, i tried it again in the middle of the night.

Once i woke up, i immediately put on my earphones and started with the breathing work. I used to think that when we wake up we have little to no thoughts...wrong.

While i was doing the wim hof method, a lot of thoughts started popping in my head. I kept following them, trying to focus in the breathing work too, but it reached one point where i was so immersed in my thoughts, that i suddenly felt like floating. I was shocked!! I became aware of my body and the floating sensation disappeared, i was so fucking shocked!! The first time in MONTHS where i had a floating feeling. I was so so so happy, and i kept thinking ''omg i got it already'' ''i'm manifesting my dream life this time'' ''i'm so happy''

The next day i tried to follow exactly the same: wake up in the middle of the night, put on the breathing work immediately and focus in it.

Guess what?? i didn't get the floating feeling. I was confused, i thought i did exactly the same thing so i didn't understand, I was disappointed.

Months later @luckykiwiii101 appeared in tumblr talking about the distraction method, making people succeed. Now, thanks to her, i realized it. The reason i got the floating method wasn't because of the wim hof (still i recommend it because it relaxes ur body), it was because i was SO focused in my random thoughts that i forgot about my body. And when i started becoming aware of my body, the floating feeling disappeared.

So please please, everyone try it. You DON'T NEED a void concept, NO mental diet (it can help with self-concept though if u like it but no need), NO need of listening to subs 8 hours overnight, NO need of ANYTHING, just shift the awareness of ur body and 3d, focus on ur thoughts/scenes!!

I will be trying it again this night, alongside with listening to subliminals and report my success (yeah, I claim it). TYSM @luckykiwiii101 , I wish you the best and only the best in life <33

reality shifting versus manifesting

some people keep thinking of reality shifting as some big word, but you keep forgetting that shifting is just another synonym for changing.

reality shifting = reality changing. and that is what manifesting is.

there's no meed to dwell on whether or not their "concepts" are different from each other, because that's your decision. you choose what it means. neither is easier or harder than the other, unless you assume it does.

That’s why my method with the music works so well

Because I don’t overthink with music on

Music keeps me awake mentally and certain songs keep me relaxed physically

It’s not doing it for you

With no background noise is proof that subliminals are just guiding you to a destination you were already going to reach on your own

1. Stop depending on subliminals it’s fine to use them but thinking it’s gonna get your results is putting power into something that isn’t as powerful as you

Procrastination is going to be the cost of a life you could be living The more you linger on this looking for the answers you already know the longer you’ll be living in a world you are desperately trying to escape from congrats you’ve got a Dr you can daydream and escape this reality mentally but what’s the fun in that? That life you keep fantasizing is real and the universe knows how bad you want it so why fantasize? Go there

3. Why are you wondering how ppl get in the void easily? Simply just stop thinking about it so much literally just meditate think affirm whatever don’t even think of the void but still have that intention in your mind you wanna move your body? Why? You hate this reality you wanna block out all the physicality it actually feels so good to just be in a moment of peace I’m telling y’all the key to entering the void shifting etc other OOB experiences is literally just stop paying attention

You know so many ppl with adhd

Or other neurodivergent disorders think it’s so difficult to focus

But I remember years ago I accidentally entered the void without knowing what it was

I was so sleepy I laid down

Got distracted by a thought

And literally it went black for like five seconds and I felt nothing

So literally just stop paying attention

Affirm

If you want

Set the intention count whatever

Or you could just set the intention and just think

Of literally anything

That doesn’t cause physical reactions like a funny thought you’d laugh at

But just pretend you’re dreaming like how you normally would

Which brings me to my method

THE DREAM METHOD:

You could pretend to be dreaming

Like if you can’t visualize it still use your sense

Image your dreaming

And in that dream you’re living your dream life or you could “dream” that you’re in the void

However you want your void to look

By not moving you’re tricking your body into thinking you’re asleep

And by pretending to be dreaming

You’re tricking your mind into thinking

You’re both sleeping and dreaming

This will make you either dream Forreal

Or you could use this to get in the void

When or if you feel symptoms

By the way

Those floaty etc symptoms are actually signs that you’re astral projecting because shifting your awareness is a mind thing

NOT an outer body experience

So if you feel floaty dizzy spinning etc

You are astral projecting

BUT

You can use astral projection to shift and to enter the void

Also P.S but have you ever zoned out and stared at something til your vision got all blurry and background noises get fuzzy and whatever you’re focused on is the only think you can subconsciously focus on?

Yeahhh it’s a trance

Try doing this while meditating with your eyes open then close them and keep doing it

What ever you were focus on

Close your eyes

Set the intention

Affirm for a bit

Breathe then

Imagine something

Anything you’d want

And pretend to dream

By just visualizing or thinking or using your senses

You could put on an instrumental and imagine your doing a music video

If you feel symptoms just remember

Nothings physically happening to you

So why focus on it?

If someone saw you you’d still be in bed

Not moving

Itchy feelings mean your body is feeling as if you’re awake

There’s no actual physical symptoms of entering the void

Because it’s not really an out of body experience it’s you shifting your awareness has nothing to do with your body

Since you’re shifting to the 4D

The 4D is not physical

I may have mentioned symptoms in my previous posts I don’t remember I’m not a hypocrite I just learn and get more educated

But no matter

Take this how you want

And even if I could help

I could never get you into the void state

It’s literally me trying to tell YOUR subconscious mind to do something you already know how to do

I know I'm not on here much but I do check in now and again. Sad to see @charmedreincarnation has left. I don't really follow any void/loa bloggers (they've all left lol) anymore and last I checked the success tags weren't reliable.. should I open my inbox for success stories submissions here and @voidsuccessarchive? That way there's still a way for people to share their successes with the wider community and it makes it easier to find as well (I don't want to encourage fake success stories as it feels like that was an issue in the past which is why I kept to reblogging only what felt genuine though it doesn't seem to be an issue now). Feel free to comment and let me know your thoughts!
