hiii, i was wondering when you would be continuing burnout? I'm not trying to pressure or anything, just simply wondering if it's on hold or discontinued? thank you!!!!!!

hey guys!! i apologize for only getting back to you on these asks. life has been happening. regarding burnout, i think about going back to it from time to time but i’ve never written anything for it while i was gone. i just don’t know if i have the imagination for it anymore. so i guess what i am trying to say is until i get inspired to write for it, it’ll be on an indefinite hold.

thank you for your continued interest in burnout and again, i’m sorry for taking a long time to respond. i hope you’re doing alright πŸ–€

You'll never know how strong you are until strength is your only option."

From the heart of Gaza, these words become more true than ever. I am Bilal Abed Rabou, and I stand before you as a survivor of five wars, an academic student at Al-Azhar University and a software developer from the besieged Gaza Strip. I witnessed the devastating effects of these conditions firsthand

.

We were a family, living in peace, love and warmth. But everything changed when conflict and despair swept through our lives. Living in Gaza means confronting ongoing conflict, struggling against poverty and the lack of basic necessities to live. Life is very difficult, and even the simplest tasks seem impossible. Yet, despite all the chaos and pain, we remained grounded by the warmth of our love and the strength of our spirits.

Even six months ago, everything changed. Our once home turned into a mess and everything we cherished. Since then, we have been lost, clinging to a world of uncertainty and despair. We left our badly damaged home with only a few things. Since then, our lives have been threatened

with every passing minute.

But now, there is no longer a reason to stay in this place full of suffering, where we are deprived of even the most basic and important rights, education, security and peace.

Our hearts hurt because of all this injustice. We were willing to endure anything to keep our family together and provide comfort and care for our father in his time of need.

With each passing day, our despair grows and our burdens grow heavier. We need your help to break the cycle of suffering, rebuild our shattered dreams, pave the way to a better future, and reunite with our family. Your support is not just a lifeline; Rather, it is a beacon of hope in our darkest moments.

Dear Tumblr Friends,

I’m begging youβ€”please, do not scroll past this post. Mohammed, his family, and his young niece are in a desperate situation, and they need our help urgently.

The airstrike that shattered their lives has claimed the lives of everyone in his niece's familyβ€”leaving her completely alone. They have lost everything: their loved ones, their home, and their sense of security. πŸ˜’πŸ’”

Now, they are living in a tent, struggling daily with no fresh water and barely any food. To make matters worse, Mohammed’s brother is still missing. Their situation is critical and time is running out. 🚨

Mohammed is trying to escape to safety in Egypt, but the cost is staggering: $5,000 per person. Without these funds, their chance to flee their nightmare is slipping away. πŸ˜”πŸ’”

Here’s how you can make a REAL difference:

  1. Donate: Every dollar counts. Your contribution can help cover the crossing fees and offer Mohammed and his family a glimmer of hope for a safer future. 🌟πŸ’ͺ
  2. Share: Spread their story. The more people who hear this, the closer we get to our goal. Your voice matters! πŸ“’πŸ’¬
  3. Offer Support: If you have any resources, connections, or ideas to help, don’t hesitate to reach out. Every bit of assistance can change their lives. πŸ€πŸ’–

Please, don't let this opportunity to help slip away. Their lives depend on our collective action. Your support can mean everything to them in this critical time.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and support. Together, we can make a life-saving difference. πŸ™βœ¨
