narancia’s hair is actually really long in monster au, he lets it grow out so he has more mass for shifting

shapeshifters of this type commonly grow their hair out for this purpose. However, the hair has to be really long to really have an impact. Sadly, zooanthropes can’t really grow their hair out to ease their shifting pains, because they don’t get to choose how their mass shifts.

Come to think, longer hair might actually be worse for zooanthropes, because part of their hair translates as their tails.

I apologize if i'm being a bother again, I was just curious about your mer au. Mostly about the rocks, isn't it risky to perch on them? Like wouldn't they be spotted or do they have secluded spots?

There’s some secluded spots but usually there’s one on lookout and the others are relaxing. Some have abilities that let them hide (like Melone and Risotto) easily. Mers just like perching on rocks because the sun is nice and warm and it’s easier to deal with hair up there. If a boat seems to spot them, then they can easily hop in the water and most of the time a human that spotted them will not be taken seriously or the human thinks it was a trick of the light or a seal. It’s easy to hear a boat approaching most of the time. If it’s really bad, then they can just sink the boat because that’s what mers do-

Black faith leaders have called for a 40-day "fast" from Target for Lent in response to their compliance with Trump's resegregation agenda.

Now this is an effective boycott. It is targeting (ha) a specific company with a clearly stated goal. The amount of time is long enough to be noticed, and could be extended if needed. Anything that can be purchased at Target can also be obtained elsewhere, so it is actually possible to boycott this specific company for a very long time. Target is caving to fascism and rolling back their diversity and inclusion policies. The goal is for them to reverse that decision. This is an achievable goal.

Boycotting everything all at once, for one day or for as long as you can, because everything is terrible and we’re mad about it…does nothing. It’s vague, disorganized, and frankly impossible. We have to buy things sometimes. You can’t just target the economy as a whole. You have to be specific.

If you want to start a boycott, use this one as an example. Choose one target. Provide one (simple, clear, easy to explain) reason why that company deserves to be boycotted. Explain what you want them to do differently. Make sure that it is something that can actually be done. Then tell people about it.

Hi, welcome to the crops of my brain world

Sometimes it's out of season and sometimes we have to fight the horrors, but overall we prevail

I created this blog to focus on my original works instead of jojoposting and whatnot.

I have always had an interest in writing stories and I've always wanted to make a comic, but only recently have I come up with stories that have enough material to actually work with.

My current projects include:

  • 'Til The Cat Comes (T2C2) - a supernatural thriller told in graphic novel format, set on ... what's probably Earth. Features psychological horror elements as well as corporeal horror.

World: Earth Main Characters: Milo Sparrow Format: Graphic Novel Genre: Thriller, Supernatural, Horror

  • Who Makes a Beast (WMAB) - a semi-high fantasy adventure novel with an original world, many linguistic derivations from different parts of the world, and magic, with a central theme of discrimination and alienation.

World: Eallin Main Characters: Mori Igossage, Vivere Ugglabjörn Format: Novel Genre: High Fantasy, Fantasy, Adventure

  • Keychains of the Heart (KCH) - a magical girl story by basis, the format of which I'm currently uncertain about (maybe comic?), set on Earth (ambiguous location, possibly Europe), the basis of which came to me in a dream.

World: Earth Main Characters: Aideen McKee, Ixtira Alili, Dmitri Borne, Lilah Mackey Format: Undecided Genre: Magical Girl, Action, Tragedy

im gonna make a side blog where I can talk about keychains of the heart and or who makes a beast. don't worry Im still working on jojo stuff but its kinda cool to have my own original ideas too
