Hello, fellow hoomans! Welcome to Anika’s!

Here are few things you might want to know:

🌼I write. Well, I’m trying to (complete masterlist). So far it has been for Steve Rogers, Matt Murdock, Bucky Barnes and… others (CEvans characters, dipping toes into Criminal Minds). Majority of the characters I write about are property of Marvel or DC or CBS. 

🌼 My stories, however, are mine, so please, DO NOT repost or translate them without my explicit permission.

🌼 Aside from majority of fics for MM, my fics are reader inserts, hopefully at least partly inclusive - I’m trying. However, they are all fem!reader.

🌼Also, I don’t take requests - sorry for that. Tagging info is here and my writing blog is here.

No warnings. It's just headcanon-style fluff!

He likes the warmth of the clothes right out of the dryer, so Steve always thunders over to the laundry room the instant the machine stops. There could be a no-holds-barred action sequence blaring from the TV. There could be real gunshots outside. Doesn't matter. He heard it. As long as you're not in immediate danger, he's going to run and plunge himself shoulder-deep into toasty fabric.

That wasn't a thing when he was a kid. Now, Steve would rather wear out sheets faster than dry them on low heat. He will pay the money. It's worth it.

Steve awoke to the sound of your distraught whine.

He was alert immediately, shaking off the dregs of sleep as he turned to where you slept beside him in bed, your figure illuminated by the light of the full moon that streamed in through the bedroom windows.

You were curled up in the fetal position, your forehead dotted with sweat, and pure agony twisting your features as you let out another whine before brokenly pleading, "Please, no! Don't make me do it! Please!"

okay but like steve was in the military during the 40s when nearly every other woman who served was a lesbian so i like to think that he felt instant comfort after meeting super gay military commander maria hill and he gained hella respect for her when she beat him at pool and won his leather jacket all while she was a little tipsy with her third beer that one time and she def liked him from the start ‘cause he was both honourable and a gentleman the two traits that men must have in order for lesbians to respect them

Oh gosh, yes, I am so here for this!!!

Since he’s from the Security Shield lineup, Steve’s programming is heavy on protection and security first and foremost, and so much of his programming is regimented security checks and patrols and the like.

But the way he finds himself so easily distracted by you. Or delaying a scheduled security check here and there (only by a few minutes), because you draw his avid attention.

Maybe something like…

To the surprise of no one, I'm swoooooooooning over this, over Steeb beung protective not only out of duty and security from external threats, but also protective over his client girl and her comfort and simping for her already enough that it wormd through his programming 😌
