We've recently been informed of a possible clone of Dabi from the League of Villains
The clone possesses Dabi's Blue Hellflame quirk, and does not appear to suffer the drawback
We also unfortunately learned he has the DNA of Pro Hero Hawks, and thus has Wings
Fortunately the wings can only give the clone flight
The name of this Dabi clone is Kaji Todoroki
We believe Dabi is attempting to trick people into believing that this clone is his biological son
The reason for this is unknown
But we can assume it's to hold the Number 1 Hero back from making sure that he faces Justice for being affiliated with the League of Villains
If you see this man, call the police
They will contact us, and we will deal with this devilish science experiment
