♡ Self Ship Blog ♡

Hello! I'm Chy and welcome to my blog!

I'm an adult self shipper who likes drawing fictional characters being all lovey dovey. Though I'm a little shy, I love meeting new people, especially if we share the same fandoms! And asks are always welcome! Also this is a sideblog so I follow from @chytag.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a lovely day!

We cannot keep telling disabled and mentally ill people that "maybe someday, if you work really hard, you can become a valuable person." We're valuable NOW. Even if we can't work. Even if we can't study. Even if we need help. Even if we can't provide for ourselves. Even if we struggle. Even if we fail. Our worth is inherent because we're here and we're human and we cannot live a happy life on the hope that maybe someday we can become good enough for society. We're already worthy and valuable as we are and we need y'all to acknowledge that.

sometimes holding onto hope is what keeps us going, so hold on to whatever little spark of it that you have, you will get through these things, even if things aren’t perfect, even if that hope is for something simple to happens. it doesn’t have to be so idealistic it barely feels possible, hold on to any way form of hope you find that comforts you, and allows you to go on. no matter how small. even if what you’re hoping for is a going out with friends soon, or a new movie coming out, or a concert, or for your medication to kick in, or for your flare up to fade away. hold onto any hope you can, no matter how small 🌻

To anyone who feels insecure about their self ship, like it’s not good enough or that no one really likes it, I want you to know that I do. I don’t just like your ship, I love it. The chemistry you have with your F/O is incredible. You’re so compatible, you look amazing together, and the way your F/O loves you? I can see it from a mile away.

I’m really sorry if it ever feels like your ship doesn’t matter or that not enough people care. But I care. Your ship makes me genuinely happy. It’s special, it’s beautiful, and it deserves to be celebrated. So please keep shipping. Keep loving your F/O with your whole heart. Because your ship is worth it, and so is your happiness.

Also! In case you needed to hear this— I adore and love every single one of your Self Ships. They’re SO DAMN CUTE, and I can tell how happy it makes you, and everyone else!! The art style is gorgeous too, I love how it’s still yours, but depending on the show’s style, you blend in some traits into your own.

Always a treat to come onto your blog, I just munch and gobble on every ship n random thought you have. 💕

Anon!! This is so sweet, thank you 🥺💕💕

It’s always lovely to know that my stuff makes folks happy, because making art of my ships makes me happy!

So again thank you for the kind ask!
