Sanji didn't think he would spend his next birthday pregnant, but here he was with triplets, nonetheless.

After defeating Kaido, the strawhats decide to just stay in Wano to let Sanji go through his pregnancy in peace. Plus, what best place to give birth if not the country where Zoro's ancestors came from.

Everyone, and Sanji most of all, can't wait to meet the new Shimotsuki-Roronoa heirs, the first kids of a new era for Wano and the world.
