I keep meaning to make an intro post and finally got around to it

To start off JKR supporters are blocked on sight because she sucks and I don't want people who actually like her around me.

I mostly post about Percy Weasley but occasionally i do also talk about other golden era characters.

Like Colin and Dennis Creevey, Lavender Brown, and Luna Lovegood. As well as whoever else happens to grab my attention for a little while.

I don't really consider this a Marauder blog

but i know from asks I've gotten and such that some people think I am

I really don't care much about Marauder era characters unless it's taking place in Golden Era or they're being shipped with Golden Era characters or it's like time travel related

I am a very heavy multi-shipper when it comes to characters I like.

Percy gets that treatment alot from me.

At the moment my main favs are Perclin (Percy/Colin Creevey) and Flintley (Percy/Marcus Flint)

I ship him with a stupid amount of people though so you will see plenty of others here

I'm normally only focused on a few at a time though.

I am pretty canon focused when it comes to characterization (or at least I try to be I don't always succeed at it though imo)

but i am also pretty big on the "hey what if this one thing was different" style of au

with the difference in most cases being soulmate aus

I love soulmate aus a lot and talk about them a lot because i enjoy thinking about how the world would change with them and how like politics and stuff would differ

Also looping back to shipping Percy alot it's an easy way to mash him together with someone especially when I'm trying to figure out how I think they would work as a ship

I feel like Fluff comes really easily to me like i don't normally have to think about it too much it's just "now what would be cute <:" and then it's fine

i don't understand crack yet i feel like if i ever write it it will be an accident

Colin just like in general

like him being a cute little stalker in particular give him a new fixation or invent a reason for Harry to suddenly like the attention or even just lean into it and make it creepy it's fine idc just let him be him :c

just let him be the focus i just love him

or just perclin but i also understand that it may have taken over my life and brain but that doesn't mean it's all that enticing if you have a different taste in ships because it is a little bit weird

Also Dennis too tbh

i feel like im pretty happy with Percy's level of popularity ngl like he's still pretty unpopular but you know kjsdklfja

like i feel like it feels like he doesn't get much because of people over tagging but when you really go hunting it's not too hard to find some really neat stuff thats actually focused on him

i will say that id love to see more fics of him either switching jobs post war because i do understand people's reasoning for why he would and find it really neat to see him in a new position or having to find a way to handle choosing to keep his job post war because i think it's always a really fun exploration and think him ending up in magical transportation is really fascinating

not sure how much either count as really underrated though i feel like both get done a decent bit maybe utilizing him getting trapped in the pyramid in fun ways? you can do a lot of fun things with it even though timeline wise it is kind of iffy for like time travel

also not super super uncommon but single dad Percy just in general

halfway tempted to put up a sign above my sink that just says

"Percy would want you to clean your dishes :c"

in an attempt to keep my dishes from piling too much
