As someone who grew up with "I'm not going to praise you for doing what's expected of you; that's not being good, that's doing the bare minimum" I want to encourage you to celebrate every little thing you can. OHHH THAT WOULS BE SICKENING..... /lh. He just gets overwhelmed by all the sudden noise and sounds and maybe even just having all the *attention* again (being a Twisted in the lobby would. Definitely earn him some Stares from other Toons) just makes him panic and accidentally lash out, or maybe even just like a single moment of silence on the surface wherever he is makes him panic because he's been conditioned to the near-absolute silence. So maybe not knowing what to do and trying to help, they just put him in a room with maybe that concept we talked about a while ago of a way to watch how he acts in that room (maybe via CCTV instead of a one way window?) + maybe some kind of noise machine that's constantly making sounds to hopefully help calm him down and at least give him that feeling of not entirely being abandoned bc Noise, but then because he's locked in a room without anyone to see it just absolutely makes it worse :(

He’s just completely panicking, can you imagine how stressed he’d be? It probably wouldn’t occur to him that they are storing him there to calm down either, so he’s just freaking the fuck out alone in a closed off room wondering what’s going to happen to him now. He messed everything up, they aren’t going to let him stay now. They’re trying to think of a way to put him back. If they can’t put him back, what if they just never let him out? What if he’s stuck here forever, in a dark room?

AUGH YEAH, and even if they tried to EXPLAIN to him beforehand he was probably in his own head so much that it wasn't registering that they were trying to help him and wasn't comprehending a better way to respond other than just incoherent 'I'm sorry's and 'please don't leave me I swear I didn't mean it's, so when they do put him there it's just agonizing. Twisted Glisten is likely a HUGE catastrophasiser so it's just immediately thinking it's the worst outcome possible from his relatively small mistake that they most likely forgave him for.

yeah no, there's no size variation with Alphas. they're considered the largest end of their species size variation scale, iirc.

here's actually some comparisons with some Alphas i took in game with my player character!

we've got MOOSE the Alpha Stantler, Murder Horse the Alpha Rapidash, Luca the Alpha Lucario, and Cooter the Alpha Goodra (i know im crouched down in that one but i dont have any pictures of her standing)

Oh that is AWFUL /positive. The Toons go to check on him after a little bit just to make sure he's okay and (going off of Mad's interpretation of FT Glisten) he's cowering in a corner, words maybe not QUITE gone yet but mostly devolved into those scared noises , bolting away from whoever came to check on him and they're just confused - not too long ago he was still sane, why is he now acting like a scared animal? - until they see his eyes being red now instead of pink. (Oooo imagine the guilt thereeee. You done goofed by putting him in a room alone and now he's another full Twisted, have fun with that on the Toons' consciences.)

Dear god I just saw a post on Twitter from someone who's on DW TikTok and I am. So glad. That I'm not on TikTok. They pointed out something that mischaracterized Dandy and they woke up in the morning to like over 1k replies and comments, multiple @s and it was like. Oh! I am so glad I don't have this app! What the hell! .D (they said they were being dug a grave in those replies and comments just for saying Dandy got mischaracterized man </3)

I shall just occasionally scroll through the Glisten tag / when someone sends me a TT on PC and occasionally find someone that I want to follow so I go to their Insta or YT or Twitter where they post the same stuff, I am not about to go to war in the trenches with making a TikTok account 🫶
