I am once again thinking about trans!Ethan who left his criminal family before transitioning but his TA work has forced him to interact with his dad's criminal career except this time his dad has no idea who he is.
I love the idea of them being forced to begrudgingly work together for whatever reason and Ethan is terrified of his dad finding out it's him but luckily his dad is the himbo who slept with Nemesis. He starts seeing Ethan as a son because he reminds him so much of his missing 'daughter' and every time he brings up something they have in common Ethan starts sweating buckets but his dad is so so stupid. like "oh as a kid you wanted to be a pilot when you grew up? yeah my daughter always wanted to be a pilot too" "wow it's so cool that you know so much about ancient Greece, my daughter was really into that stuff too" "you know, I think you and my daughter would get along, she'd be the same age as you are now if she was still here" "no way, it's such a funny coincidence that you grew up in the town that I raised my daughter in" "oh your name is Ethan? my daughter always said that if she'd been a boy she would have wanted her name to be Ethan, man she would have loved you"
Even if Mr Nakamura finds out Ethan is trans ("oh you're one them transgenders everyone's talking about huh? I don't judge, my daughter always thought them trans folks were cool"), it would still take so much work for him to figure it out. all of his goons realise Ethan is the boss' missing kid before the boss realises
