i just hope that no person anywhere in the world at any point in the future has to go through what mothers in gaza went through these past few months.

like it was so insane. women were giving birth without medical aid and having c-sections without anaesthesia while being malnourished and unable to properly provide food and warmth to their newborns. they couldn't produce milk and couldn't afford baby formula. hell, at a certain point finding baby formula was impossible in certain areas of gaza. and there was the constant fear of death hanging over their heads.

there were hopes that after the ceasefire things would improve for these babies and their mothers. that their quality of life would improve. but now that there are chances that israel won't continue with the ceasefire, we need to support these mothers and infants, now more than ever.

please please consider helping my friend suad, who has a little baby boy who suffers from respiratory problems. she just wants to ensure her son's well being. baby khaled is around 8 months old. her fundraiser has been verified (#279).

Every passing moment, the situation in Gaza worsens. We are over two million people living in dire conditions, where obtaining food and water has become nearly impossible. The crossings are closed, and we are left with only a few available resources, while food prices rise day by day. There is no electricity, and the groundwater is polluted, with no way to access it due to the lack of power needed to pump it. Our lives have become a nightmare.

What makes our suffering worse is the continuous sounds of bombings and planes flying overhead without end. We donโ€™t know where the next strike will come from, and anxiety grips every family. All of this makes life harder than anyone could imagine.

We are in desperate need of help and ask for any donation you can provide. Your contribution could mean the difference between life and death for us. This help might allow us to access food or safe drinking water and give us a chance to survive under these harsh conditions. My family and I are relying on your support to endure this difficult time.

My dear friends,

From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for your immense generosity and unwavering support for me, my family, and our cats. I deeply appreciate your noble spirit in helping us through these challenging times.

I apologize for the delay in updating you on our situation. My family and I are deeply touched by each and every donation, which brings us comfort and eases our hardship during this ordeal.

After the ceasefire announcement, we had hoped to return to our home, a place that would shield us from the bitter cold and allow us to live like everyone else in the world. However, we were shocked by the sheer devastation we witnessed in my city of Rafah, particularly in our neighborhood of Tal Al Sultan.

A picture of my city Rafah before and after the genocide.

|| THE FAMILY HOME ||

The family home where we had a small apartment was partially destroyed, rendering it uninhabitable. It's surrounded by massive piles of rubble, making our street look like a ghost town.

|| THE DREAM HOME ||

About five years ago, our family decided to pool all our savings and invest in building a new house, which we fondly called "The Dream home." We purchased a plot of land and began constructing a two-story house with a small garden for my mother, who loves gardening and raising poultry. We were close to finishing it when the machinery of destruction turned our dream into ashes.

|| THE LAND ||

Our beautiful farm (the land) , which was our last hope and located a bit away from the military operations zone, has now turned into a pile of sand and rubble , its trees reduced to firewood. This destruction was the final blow that made us weep bitterly for those trees, the poultry, and the cats that used to live happily with us. That shattered our dreams of ever returning home.

Sadly , We are still living in tents in the Mawasi Khan Yunis area, and we can't even go back to see our neighborhood safely. The area is extremely dangerous because it's close to the Egyptian border ( Philadelphia Corridor) , from which they have not yet withdrawn until this update .

I know this has been a lengthy explanation, but I needed to explain everything to you in detail.

I hope you will continue to support and help us in our efforts to rebuild a small home where we can live safely, like any other human being. A home is the most basic human right, which we now lack.

Save us from the bitter cold, and alleviate our pain and suffering. Stand by us and support us, for you are my family.

Thank a lot to everyone who supports us!

Story written by @fabricated-pessimist

In Gaza, hundreds of thousands of parents are left speechless as they endure the countless atrocities inflicted upon their children. For many families, they lose their child before they even have the chance to truly know themโ€”their dreams, their aspirations.

The Alamoudi family longed for a child for years. After enduring four grueling rounds of IVF, they were finally blessed with twins. But their joy was short-lived. As the war raged on, their baby, Ahmed, was born with urgent medical needsโ€”holes in his heart requiring immediate surgery. On top of this, he suffers from nerve damage in his eye. Yet his parents are powerless, unable to seek the medical care he desperately needs, forced to watch helplessly as their childโ€™s condition deteriorates by the day.

Imagine being a parent, filled with love and hope, only to realize that your child is being denied the medical attention they deserve because of an inhumane crisis. Ahmedโ€™s father, Sharif, is unable to work overseas due to a herniated disc that causes severe spinal and nerve pain. As of this writing, their campaign has gone without donations for a long time.

We implore youโ€”please, consider donating. Even the cost of a daily coffee could bring this family a moment of peace in their desperate fight to save their child.

You can donate to the Alamoudi familyโ€™s GoFundMe campaign [HERE].

A Future Beyond War Starts With You ๐Ÿ’™

My name is Naser, and war has taken everything from meโ€”my mother, my sister, my home, and the life I once knew. In an instant, my world was shattered, leaving behind nothing but memories and the weight of loss.

But even in the darkest moments, I refuse to give up. Because amidst the pain, I still have something worth fighting forโ€”my three younger brothers.

๐Ÿ”น One dreams of becoming a doctor, to heal others so they donโ€™t have to endure the pain weโ€™ve faced. ๐Ÿ”น Another aspires to be an engineer, hoping to one day rebuild what war has destroyed. ๐Ÿ”น And the youngest? He doesnโ€™t have big dreams yetโ€”he just wants to be a kid again, to wake up in a home that feels safe, to play without fear.

But how do you rebuild a life when thereโ€™s nothing left to start with?

๐Ÿก We Need a Home. We Need Education. We Need Hope. Right now, we are not just fighting for survivalโ€”we are fighting for the chance to live, to grow, to dream again. We are fighting for a future where my brothers can become the doctor, the engineer, the child who gets to have a childhood.

๐Ÿ’™ This is where you come in. Iโ€™m not asking for muchโ€”just a chance. A chance to rebuild, to give my brothers a future beyond war.

Your support, whether through a donation or simply sharing our story, can make all the difference. Even the smallest act of kindness can create ripples of change.

๐Ÿ™ Will you help us rebuild? Together, we can prove that war doesnโ€™t get the final wordโ€”hope does. Thank you for standing with us. ๐Ÿ’™โœจ

As of 3/21/2025, the campaign is at $665 out of $90,000. It was last donated to 14 hours ago as I write this.
