JJ crouched down, expertly threading a curved needle with the proper type of stitching. miNe got cut dEEp eNough they staYed arOund. startinG With that jittery warning, the skinny teenager began to sew. Despite the shaking of his words, his hands were steady, brown eyes narrowed in focus.

He almost starts a sentence but stops himself at the warning, jaw clenched to stifle his laughter. As always, It's impossible to tell what exactly he finds funny.

The needle weaved through flesh, in and out, around. His motions were precise and swift, and soon enough the thread was fixed in place and trimmed. JJ added gauze bandages over top and a small bright orange bandage on that, as a personal touch. He washed the needle off with water for now, planning to sterilize it properly after, then rethreaded. rEAdy for the oTher side, liKe the ChickeNs?

He pops his jaw, careful not to open his mouth too wide so he doesn't rip the stitches again. He touches the side of his face overtop of the bandage, seemingly feeling for the stitch placement, before responding.

JJ snickered, grinning. His sharp teeth glinted, and the scarring caused the smile to stretch wide across his pallid cheeks as he circled to Joker's other side. gOOd answeR. stArting!! Soon enough, the second cheek matched the first, bandages and all, except the little topper bandage was a purple one. aLL done! cheWing might be a Little achy- well. yOu know hoW to deal wiTh stitcHes The teen skipped back a couple steps to give the older male some space before pulling out a bottle of rubbing alcohol and a cloth to clean his tools.

Joker easily sits through the small pricks of pain with barely any reaction, again clenching his jaw as tight as possible so he doesn't mess JJ's stitching up with his uncontrollable laughter. He drums his fingers on the floor, almost like he's bored.

He smiles– Not as terrifyingly wide as usual. Actually, he looks rather normal with his huge scars and unnatural smile gone. It's uncanny.
