SYNOPSIS | Confined within a small tribe, Bakugou felt deep down that there was so much more to learn about the world than the island he had called home. One day, he crossed paths with a stranger—a stranger like him.

Dragons, the beasts of heaven.

In the vast lands of Mirasol, dragons of different colors painted the sky-blue canvas, looming over the kingdom with their fearsome and enormous forms. As they flew high above, they basked in glory. No other creatures dared to rob it. However, each sighting instilled fear among the people, uncertain of their safety and security. 

Fortunately, humans have progressed throughout the years, utilizing raw materials and ingredients into formidable weapons that can defeat and even slain such powerful creatures. This advancement led them to obtain the dragons’ scales, claws, and horns. Once they discovered its enhancement and healing properties, the purging began. Bit by bit, the number of dragons waned until the sky was clear of any sightings of heaven’s beasts.

A young woman sat on a wooden throne amid a clearing with long, silvery locks. Patches of scales—having the same color as her hair—were embedded on her tanned complexion that brilliantly shone under the radiant gaze of the sun.  Sets of necklaces with teeth pendant settled on her torso, and a red cape with fur linings draped over her shoulders, representing her high position and power.

“Katsuki, I fucking told you to stop picking fights with the other kids.” Her voice was deep and resonant, dripping with authority at every word she spoke. Several creases formed on her temple as she furrowed her brows. Her crimson orbs held no amusement as she glared at the little boy, whose age was no more than ten, in front of her.

Chapter 1 Sneak Peak

❝Strangers Like Me❞

SYNOPSIS | Confined within a small tribe, Bakugou felt deep down that there was so much more to learn about the world than the island he had called home. One day, he crossed paths with a stranger—a stranger like him.

Despite being the son of the tribe’s chief, he had never received an ounce of warmth or respect from the members, especially the children. They all looked at him with scornful looks, scrutinizing every inch of his form. Although the adults would treat him in a civil way in front of him and Mirko, once they would be out of their sight, awful things would be spewing out of their mouths; disdain and contempt laced with their words. 

In contrast to the adults, the children were worse, not even trying to conceal their hostility toward him as they openly teased and bullied him.

Even as a young child, Bakugou already knew and understood his position in society—he was an outcast. 

“Mom...w-why do people h-hate me so m-much?” Bakugou sniffled quietly, tears threatening to spill from his eyes as his voice wavered like a flickering candle. His strong facade crumbled down in an instant. It was just too much to bear for a boy like him. 

yes, it’s a bit angsty 🤧 and he will not meet y/n yet hehe anyway, the new chap will be posted tomorrow! (and i still edit some parts doe sksksk)
