Wanted to give ann update but uh… Elsa is not dying? Must have been a stroke, but she’s like completely recovered now and I was freaking out but now I’m just really happy she’s feeling better.

Still taking a moment so I can watch to see if she regresses, but at the moment I’m just so happy she’s okay

Wanted to take a second to share how important/cool this is to me :3 in risk of oversharing, much of my family (my dad especially) is VERY (south) Japanese and they are asked all the time/I am asked if they’re Mexican (wait not all the time that would be creepy and I don’t think anyone cares that much) and it’s funny to see how they react when he tells them we’re asian. It’s also funny to see other Japanese people do the game recognize game thing and ask him if he has some Asian in him. We might have some Mexican in us, a few of my cousins have had that pop up on 23 n me+we have some Hispanic lineage so I guess some components of that, but I really like this trend. If I could draw people and liked anime, I would never stop.

on with the rats! I won’t be showing ones within the last few weeks of Elsa because she is the rat closest to death (that sounded ick I’m sorry) and her tumors may be unsettling to certain viewers. She’s still my darling baby cute baby girl to me but if some people find tumors unsettling I don’t want to make them feel uncomfortable.

First off, the rats we would have gotten if the breeder had not been a total catfish. Adorable! But I love my babies more.

Ferret (black and white) is my designated rat and a silly billy. Her sisters are Elsa and Spirit (named after a Beyoncé song I believe). We got em at a pet store called The Pet Store which triggered my autism and I love that place! Huge recommend if you’re looking for an ethically/morally good aligned (I’m 99% sure but they aren’t as big corporation as bigger pet stores but I believe they are very good and the employees genuinely love working with their animals so solid 10/10 from me) pet store in AZ, plus they have monitor lizards and two big frogs named Shrek and Fiona.

This is baby and baby. They are chonks and babies if I hadn’t mentioned that.

And some complimentary cats of mine. Technically the bottom one is mine, but my half-sister is the one holding her. Fun fact: she’s Clipper’s ma!
