Serafina took a deep breath, hoping the sea breeze and the ocean smell would calm her nerves. If she could get past the constant fluttering of the nervous butterflies in her stomach. She would admit that she was actually having fun. She always has fun when she is around Jey, she has known him all her life. But this was different; after years of denying their feelings for each other, afraid that they might ruin the decade-long friendship. Serafina decided to finally say yes to Jey’s request to take her on a date.
The date started off nice; dinner reservation at the 3 star Michelin restaurant. Jey pulled out all the stops; a private table facing the ocean. While the conversation flowed with ease thanks to the constant pouring of wine. Jey couldn’t keep his eyes off Serafina, The red dress she wore seemed to ignite the entire room. The neckline was adorned with delicate ruffles that framed her face with an air of effortless elegance. The form-fitting design accentuated her curves, making her every movement a dance of grace and allure. The dress flowed with a captivating charm, each step she took leaving him more enchanted.
She was a vision of scarlet elegance, embodying confidence and beauty, and for that moment, all he could see was her.
Serafina was not built; As she gazed at him, her heart raced with admiration. His black button-down shirt accentuated every muscle, tightening around his strong arms and broad chest in a way that took her breath away. The silver Cuban link at his collar glimmered softly under the lights, adding a touch of sophistication to his look. His form-fitting dress pants, tailored to perfection, hinted at the strength and allure beneath, leaving much to the imagination. A tailored jacket, draped effortlessly over his shoulders, added an extra layer of sophistication, completing his ensemble with an air of refined style.
In that moment, she felt a wave of appreciation for the man before her, his presence captivating and undeniably magnetic. He was a vision of charm and elegance, and she couldn't help but feel a spark of excitement at being his date.
Serafina would have been content with the filling dinner and the rich and decadent dessert. "I didn't know if you would bail on me before the dinner was over, so I didn't plan much. Do you wanna walk along the beach for a little?" Jey asked with a hint of uncertainty in his voice.
Serafina did not want the night to end. She was enjoying her time with Jey more than she had anticipated. She laughed softly and responded with a nod, "I was not expecting this. Not sure what I was expecting, but I'm glad I came." As she said this, Jey pushed her chair out for her to get up, and together, they headed toward the beach, ready to prolong this enchanting evening.
Serafina didn’t count for the chill of the water as they walked. She tried to warm herself by wrapping her arms around herself not wanting to ruin the night. Jey noticed slowly dropping his jacket over her shoulders. Automatically feeling his warmth engulf her in every sense. His cologne lingering behind, filling her nose with hits of dry wood , citrus and fruit. A sense of calm overtaking her. He slowly interlaces his fingers with her. Surprised by how perfectly their fingers fit together. They came across a small pavilion close to the water, coming to a stop to rest on the benches.
“Thanks for finally letting me take you out Fina” Jey says he sits her on the bench and finds comfort between her legs.
“Glad, I finally gave in” she shyly responds as she feels his fingers trace delicate circles up her bare legs
“You don’t know how long I have wanted to….” He pauses trying to find the right words as he mindlessly runs his hands on her skin. Feeling as every touch left her skin prickling with goosebumps. He closes the gap slowly between them. Bringing their lips closer, he could see her chest rise and fall, her lips slowly part with anticipation.
“You have been wanting to kiss me…haven’t you Jey.” She fills in the gap, running her hand up his arms, tracing circles down his chest. Bringing her lips a little closer just to peck him on the cheek. Laughing at the surprised look on his face.
“Com’on Fina..” he responds, not expecting his quiet best friend to be such a temptress. “I'm being serious.” “I have watched you date dudes, waiting for you to finally give me a chance. What changed?” He asked out of curiosity.
“I don’t know, I guess I couldn’t lie to myself anymore, I have always wanted to be with you but was afraid of hurting our friendship. But then I thought maybe we could work, maybe I was running from my true soulmate.” She responds looking into his endless tranquil pool of warmth “when I look at you I feel this indescribable feeling of calmness, when I’m around you I feel safe and when you hold me it feels like home.” She ends not once looking away from him. He stares back at her and in that moment time pauses; the world fades and it’s just the two of them, a silent conversation existing between souls.
She couldn't hold back any longer. She wanted him to feel the same urgency. Closing the gap, their lips met in a passionate kiss. A familiar sweetness washed over her senses as his tongue explored her mouth. Her hands instinctively found their way to his neck, while he wandered up her legs, igniting a fire that spread higher and higher, threatening to consume her entirely. His lips parted hers, descending to her neck, eliciting soft moans. Lost in the moment, he could almost forget their precarious position. Though hidden, they were still exposed. While his desire for her was all-consuming, he didn't want to make a spectacle of their intimacy. Yet, he couldn't resist a stolen taste of the reward that awaited him.
His fingers finally reached her core, finding her as eager as he was. As he wrestled with his zipper, his arousal pulsed against his thigh. Her desire pooled low in her panties. His fingers delved deeper, sending shivers down her spine. Her head fell back as he found the sweet spot, a soft moan escaping her lips. With each stroke, he ignited a fire within her, a fire that threatened to consume them both.
Her fingers tangled in his hair, tugging gently as his fingers invaded her depths. "You respond so well to me, baby," he murmured, feeling her tighten around him. Her moans grew louder, her grip on his arms tightening. "Such a good girl," he whispered, his voice and touch pushing her closer to the brink. "Jey... I'm... gone..." she gasped, her breath ragged. He plunged deeper, circling his thumb over her clit. "Should've made you wait," he teased, kissing her neck. "Like you made me wait," he retorted, eliciting a whimper from her. "But I won't, baby girl. This is just a taste. Once I get you home, I won't let you out of my sight." His words sent her over the edge, her cries muffled by his lips as he claimed her one last time.
Serafina brushed her curls from her face, her soul slowly returning to her body. She pulled away from Jey as he licked his fingers, winking at her. "You taste better than I expected," he smirked. A blush crept across her cheeks as he helped her down from the bench. She could still feel the remnants of her orgasm, a dampness spreading down her leg. Leaning on Jey for support, she steadied herself as she retrieved her barrens. "If your finger work is this magical, I can't imagine what the rest of you can do," she giggled, her voice barely a whisper. Hand-in-hand, they left the beach behind, the ocean's rhythm fading into the distance.
