If anyone ever wants to do gPose for Loksen, here are some mods that'll help with the right look! Gear colors would need to be blue (primary) w/ black and gray. If you are actually interested, let me know and I'll meet you in game so you can get the character file thing.

A story for you-
Once upon a time, in a forgotten land cloaked in mist, there stood a lonely tower. Cracked and ancient, its stones moaned in the wind, and ivy clung to it like skeletal fingers. They said a princess was trapped within…beautiful, sorrowful, her voice drifting on the breeze like a lullaby. Many had come to save her. None returned. Yet no one knew why. Until one day, a young knight, heart full of courage and steel in hand, took up the quest. He rode through bramble and shadow until the tower rose before him, silhouetted against a bleeding sunset. Its door was caved in, rubble piled like bones at its feet. But from above, he heard her. "Help me..." The voice was soft. Sweet. Desperate. He climbed. Hand over hand, foot after foot, he clawed his way up the stone facade, the wind howling, the sky darkening. Hours passed. Time frayed at the edges. But he reached the balcony at last, sweat clinging to his brow, heart pounding like a war drum. "Princess…?" She stood in the gloom. Pale. Perfect. Smiling. But something was wrong. The knight stepped forward and froze. His eyes scanned the room, but it was no room at all. The stone walls pulsed. The floor beneath him breathed. And the ceiling…the ceiling dripped. He stumbled back as he realized the truth. The tower was no tower. It was a corpse of stone wrapped around a beast. A dragon, ancient and cunning, coiled in on itself, its gnarled body forming within the tower's walls. Its mouth gaped open like a throne room, teeth hidden behind crumbling stone. And she…she was no princess. She was the beasts tongue. As he screamed, the maw snapped shut with a thunderous crunch. And the wind sang once more. "Help me..."
Does Loksen have a place he lives? Like an apartment or house? Or does he travel a lot and have no need for such a stationary residence?
Also related, where in the world is he seen most often? Does he have a place / places he likes to hang out?
Unfortunately, I don't have actual in-game housing for Loksen.
But, in my imagination, he has a rather nice bushcraft cabin he built himself somewhere in the North Shroud, near the Coerthas Highlands. It's by a lovely body of water with a sauna he built himself.
While Loksen has been known to wander the world, the North Shroud has a special place in his heart. Due to the ubiquity and convenience of airship and aetheryte travel, he can be found anywhere in the world that suits the needs of other characters. Though, he is very reluctant to go west of the Burn.
The Shroud and Hingashi are second homes to him, but he's more than likely to be in the Twelveswood.
Great question! I'm also glad to see you are doing much better, @shadesofblades!
I like to think that Loksen is a bit different from other male Viera. Given their physiology and culture, male Viera who do not take more scholarly routes are bound to be wild and impulsive by nature.
This generally serves them well as Wood-warders and warriors, but it was behavior that was liable to get Loksen in trouble or killed while in Garlean captivity; demonstrated brutally when he resisted conscription early on.
Loksen's quiet and reserved nature is learned behavior to ensure survival by not standing out in labor camps. This was helped tremendously by learning samurai traditions from an old Au Ra samurai who was in his camp and became his mentor.
