Hey everyone, my name is Abdelmajed. I don’t usually talk much about myself, but today, I want to share a little piece of my story.

I was born and raised in Gaza, a place that has always been my home 🏑. I grew up surrounded by my family, my friends, and the streets that I knew like the back of my hand. Life wasn’t always easy, but we had love, laughter, and dreams. I used to think that no matter what happened, home would always be here. But life has a way of changing things in ways we never expect.

Over the past months, everything I once knew has disappeared. The streets that were once filled with children playing are now silent. The houses that held so many memories are now just rubble. And the people I lovedβ€”some of them are gone forever. πŸ’”

#1: YOUR MINDSET IS IMPORTANT, BUT NOT HOW YOU THINK IT IS. It’s very easy to get stuck in the pressure and thinking β€œI need to believe 100%” or β€œI need to be positive 100% of the time.” Belief is important, but don’t let your doubts convince you your process is wrong. So, the β€œkey” to making shift feel much, much easier is to give up that unnecessary mental pressure. So embrace the uncertainty and keep on going anyway.

#2: EMBRACE THE β€œUGLY” FEELINGS. The fear, frustration and self-doubt are normalllll and part of the process. It’s easy to think that such feelings should be avoided, but they can actually be teach into lessons about you personally. They usually point to mental blocks or areas in which you’re not as aligned with your goal as you might have thought you were. Don’t pretend to they aren’t there, instead, allow them to be teachers.

When I shifted for the first time, I wasn't doing anything special.

I didn't embody my Dr self, I didn't affirm throughout the day, I didn't pretend to be somewhere I was not. I didn't visualize, I didn't script, I didn't even set an intention.

I put on a subliminal, took a nap, and woke up in a different reality.

I'm not saying this to tell you to stop everything you're doing, I'm not saying your methods are wrong or your reality checks are an overkill... I'm only saying this because I too have tried literally everything under the sun for years before I shifted and all it took was a nap.

Shifting is a simple or as complicated as you want it to be. If you assume that you don't have to do anything to shift, and you hold that assumption near and dear to your heart, you will shift without doing anything. The funny thing is that at the time I didn't even have that assumption, but every time I shifted after that I wasn't doing anything special. Yes my shifts have not lasted as long as the first one yet, but the point is:

I shifted.

And so will you.

And lastly, I would like to share with you this beautiful success story that I got under my subliminal yesterday:

stop focusing on your senses

when shifting, your physical senses are the last to shift! when you’re hyper-aware of your body, you could be anchoring yourself to your current reality.

let go.

detach from the need to feel immediate sensations and trust the process. you are in control.

focus on your intention, not on whether you β€˜feel’ it happening. this is why i like to make it clear that not everyone feels physical symptoms, and that is okay!!! shifting is about aligning your consciousness, not forcing physical proof.

remind yourself: you are already shifting. every thought, every visualization, every moment spent in alignment with your desired reality brings you closer.

release the need for validation. your experience is valid, whether or not you feel tingles, heaviness, or detachment. trust in your mind’s power.

shifting isn’t something you have to β€˜catch’ happening - it’s something you allow to unfold.
