Spent all morning volunteering at a native plant sale while thinking about how my garden will most likely need to be obliterated into lawn to sell the house, which was sold to us nearly broken and which we can no longer afford to fix. My family are chomping at the bit to come over and start ripping up all my "unsightly" plants so I can become empty and sad like they have. It would be cool if something good could happen to me for once, I don't really remember what that's like.

I don't have nearly enough normal types (I'm not calling them that in the final but same thing), do people like uhhhhh lystrosaurus? that's a cute mascot animal right?

the house needs a total rewire, 30k. I give up. I don't even care about the money and labor, I am just sad for my poor bugs and plants. someone asked what is the "point" of some clam shrimp continuing to survive after they can no longer produce eggs. there is no point, they are just little guys that eat dirt and roll around. the point is they're alive and life is wonderful

the clam shrimp I caught as full size adults back in February are starting to slow down, spending more time laying in the dirt together instead of constantly fighting over the girls / being fought over

I like multiple elemental forms for one creature. I am hoping that if I have a good number of total creatures, it will not look lazy. It's like, if you really like oogie but you already have a fire type, there's also ice oogie.
