little!nat scatorccio headcanons ! (teen)

notes: requested by @spinnydino !! I don’t really dabble in the teen timeline and more of a taivan and misty gal but i hope i did you justice :3

#1 involuntary age regressor. most times she ends up regressing after crying. But after a Big cry!
Tiny age is around 4-7, although she tends to stay at 4. There’s moments where she’s around 6-7 but usually that’s after a fight with her teammates
She really enjoys feeling grounded when she’s small. She’ll grab tons of coats and jackets and wraps herself in them
I don’t think she’d ever feel comfortable letting anyone take care of her. She’s like an injured dog who hides until it feels better or… dies
I do believe she tends to hurt herself when she’s small, banging her head with her hands, scratching at her forearms. poor baby. It’s never intentional! She just feels so much when she’s small that her tiny little brain needs to take it out on something
Before Shauna & Nat came to dislike each other, Shauna ripped out a few blank pages (with a pencil included) for Nat to use for her doodles, so when she finds herself small— she tends to draw out her frustrations :’)
Although no one knows of her regression, Misty has sorta caught on .. and Nat is okay with that. As she knows Misty keeps others secrets safe with her.
Loves to go out to the lake in the early mornings before others have awoken to catch tadpoles! Also loves to throw rocks and see how far they’ll go.
She is in fact a thumb sucker… she always sleeps with her thumb in her mouth and also why she likes to be up early before the others. (Would be mortified if anyone saw her sleeping like that.)
Oh gosh, she loves making mud cakes!! “Nat, why did hunting take so long if you only brought back one animal?” “Uh, fuck— I got lost.” (Was running back and forth from the lake to the forest to create mud and make them into cakes.)

Tai shoved Van’s medical supplies down into a hospital duffle bag. Given to them considering that they hadn’t expected a hospital visit.

Van was still weak. She laid still, with an oxygen mask planted on her face. He looked tired and worn down. It scared Tai. Van was getting sicker and sicker by the day. Her skin was pale and fragile. Tai felt useless.

Van was awake but hadn’t said a word yet. Even talking for long periods of time exhausted Van. Tai continued packing their things as Van watched with half lidded eyes.
