So originally I was just going to write a post indexing my favorite resources…but it ended up being way too long to be a post.

I am delighted to share my latest project that I think will be much more useful: Les Mis Resources, a quick and easy way to access Les Mis-relevant sources for whatever you may need.

So far the site catalogues nearly 200 resources, most of which you can read for free! Some highlights of the collection:

If you’re an artist, there’s also fashion plates and extant examples of clothing from museums—not just pictures, the museum links often include more angles and information on them!

I really had a lot of fun and learned a lot putting together the sources for this site, and I hope you guys will also find it useful! And if you know a resource you think I should add, just shoot me a message.

i have got to get more annoying about enjolras/combeferre

i know we didn’t get the result we hoped for, but i wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who submitted steals for enjolras/combeferre during this tournament!! it’s made this shipper’s heart so happy to see all of the incredible content that was produced—like what!! i can’t remember the last time i had a backlog of fic to read and art to reblog!

it’s been so cool to see how many creators participated and how much genuinely amazing art in so many mediums you produced. you guys took a ship i honestly wasn’t certain would make it past the first round and brought it to semifinals (very nearly to finals!)—and without, as far as i know, any major organized effort or singularly massive steal works but just through the sheer power of A Bunch of People Making Stuff. which is pretty neat.

so whether you’re a 12+ year vet or brand new to the ship, whether we’re best friends or have never talked yet—thank you for making these past few weeks so fun! seriously. you all are the most amazingly talented community in this fandom and seeing so many people sharing the love is bigger than any win in my book! please imagine me giving you a standing ovation and i hope to see you all this fall for logic & philosophy week (though i am down to talk about e/c anytime. please.) THANK YOU ENJOLFERRE NATION!!
