I absolutely don't mind my art being saved for reference, the issue is with pinterest itself. People don't generally attach credit on there, and users tend to think of anything on pinterest as totally sourceless and free to use/copy. It's disheartening seeing my original work floating around and being used with no credit, or credited to the wrong person, or having people tell me they've seen my art all over but had no idea I made it.
(It'd be one thing if it were just hobbyists, but unfortunately this extends to the professional sphere as well-- I have been given moodboards with totally uncredited art to reference off of even doing professional design work.)
And besides, with pinterest you have to deal with low quality uploads, things being randomly removed, obnoxious ads everywhere... aside from the convenience of it being online, it really just isn't great for art archiving anyways! I think it's very worthwhile to have an offline art reference folder, and if you don't have one you should get into the habit of actually saving things. You can always save my art to your computer, or print it out to have it physically (as long as you aren't using it for-profit). Under the cut I have some image organizing software recommendations.
Those who think the suffering ended after the war are mistaken, for the real war begins now. But this is not a war with weapons; it is a war against poverty, hunger, and psychological devastation.
The people of the destroyed city have returned to their devastated neighborhoods, walking through the sorrowful streets among the ruins of their homes that were destroyed by bombs. The streets that once pulsed with life are now empty, filled only with haunting silence. There are no schools for children to learn in, no hospitals to treat the sick, and no markets to fulfill their daily needs.
Water has become a distant dream, and electricity is now a distant memory, just as the hope for peace has turned into a lost dream.
In these tragic circumstances, the Sami family, who lost everything in the war, is facing the hardest test of their lives. Their homes were destroyed, their livelihood lost, and they are in desperate need of assistance.
As the suffering continues, the helping hand remains the only hope. Let us all come together and lend our support to this kind family and others who have no shelter or food. Donating to the Sami family, even with the smallest amount, is a step toward rebuilding hope and dignity. Let us always remember that solidarity through words and actions is the noblest thing we can offer in these difficult times.
May this be a new beginning toward healing, and may those who helped ease their suffering be blessed. Solidarity through prayer and donation is the least we can do.

hi all! ahmed, our contact in gaza, damaged his last phone while getting water for the refugee camp. we'd like to get him a new phone asap so that he can continue his work.
ahmed acts as a coordinator and emergency helper in his refugee camp. he uses his phone to stay in contact with people who need his help, and the camp often relies on this phone to contact him during emergencies.
currently, we are over halfway to our goal of $725.

hello!! I just wanted to say that currently my sister and her children are no longer in danger of eviction, and any further donations will go towards finding a new place/aiding financial stability. thank you so much for helping with donations or visibility.

Hello! My older sister is currently escaping a domestic violence situation. She has been financially abused and suddenly cut off from their joint finances by her ex, and received a ten-day eviction notice while in the process of financially recovering.
She is at risk of being homeless in winter with two children, and of uprooting her child with an intellectual disability from his support system.
I know this is a tough time for all and that I've asked for help frequently lately, but our family has exhausted our resources and we are unable to get the funds together to keep them housed.
Her most urgent goal is 1,500, to pay her rent and avoid immediate eviction, but the full goal would help her find a new place and fully remove herself from an unsafe environment.
Anything at all would help her and her children tremendously, and I can provide more receipts to verify the situation in private if necessary.

Thank you sm! It's all done in a DAW software called Cakewalk using free synth instrument plugins, and hardware-wise I use a lil usb MIDI controller to compose.
