(Quds) "It's all our country, from the river to the sea, and we will never give it up."
A Palestinian woman from Al-Far'a camp in Tubas hid a handmade map of Palestine from Israeli occupation forces, who stormed her home and set part of it on fire during the ongoing military aggression in northern West Bank.
UK police have ordered Stephen Kapos, a Jewish Holocaust survivor, in for questioning for protesting Israelโs genocide in Gaza. The 87-year-old is among several other activists who have been also summoned by the police for a protest on Jan. 18.
I want to open a window for you into the bitter reality we live in in Gaza, where suffering increases day by day, and the voices of pain and tragedy resonate in every corner of this besieged territory. What is happening here is not just news broadcasted in the media; it is a lived reality in all its details, affecting the lives of millions.
**Daily Human Suffering**
It has been five consecutive days since the Israeli occupation forces closed the borders, a move that places us in a state of food insecurity. We live under the weight of the blockade, where food prices are rising unprecedentedly, and the ability to provide a meal for our children is a daily challenge. In this blessed month of Ramadan, we hope to be able to provide enough food to break our fast, but the reality confirms that many families cannot even meet the minimum nutritional needs.
Imagine, our children waiting eagerly for iftar, yet there is nothing to offer them. Seeing their innocent eyes searching for food while we are unable to provide it is a heartbreaking scene that ignites pain in our hearts. They also have to walk long distances to fill water while fasting, only to find that the water is not clean.
**Health and Psychological Consequences**
The situation does not stop there; the hunger that our children experience affects not only their bodies but also their mental health. Children who should be living their childhoods innocently and joyfully find themselves facing the harshness of life, leading to depression and anxiety. We see how their smiles turn into sad expressions and how their dreams fade in the face of a grim reality.
Moreover, the health situation in Gaza is deteriorating due to a shortage of medicines and medical supplies. At a time when families need good healthcare, we find hospitals suffering from severe resource shortages, many of which have been destroyed, putting thousands of lives at risk.
**Living in Tents**
In these harsh conditions, we live in torn tents that provide no protection from the winter cold or summer heat. During rainy days, our tents turn into pools of water, exacerbating our suffering and exposing us to significant health risks. We face daily challenges in securing a safe shelter for our families, living in constant anxiety about how to provide a place for our children to seek refuge.
**A Call for Support**
Brothers and Sisters, I sincerely urge you to stand with us in this ordeal. We need your support and assistance. You can contribute to my campaign to support my family and the needy children in Gaza. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in someone's life.
I invite you to share this message, so that we can all be a voice for those who have no voice. Let us extend a helping hand and make this holy month a time of mercy and giving. Let us work together to restore hope in the hearts of children and allow them to dream of a better future.

(Quds) โIsrael attempted to kill American doctors after CNN interview.โ
Hours after a CNN interview, where they spoke about the Israeli genocide and denounced the complicity of the US and European countries, Israel attempted to kill two American volunteer doctors when airstrikes deliberately targeted Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis last Sunday.
Winter has come and the cold is eating away at our bodies. Help us.๐จ๐จ๐จ๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐๐ฅบ๐๐
Winter has come and we are still living in a dilapidated tent that has melted from the heat of the summer sun. It no longer protects us from the summer heat or the winter cold. We made a tent out of some worn-out fabrics, and with the first drop of rain, it got wet and water entered us. We shivered from the cold. I hugged my six children in a desperate attempt to warm them. I cried a lot and my children cried. I cried for our situation. There are no winter clothes. We wear summer clothes that do not protect or shield us from the cold. I did not find anything to buy to warm us, and if I found anything, it was expensive at exorbitant prices. Life has exhausted us. Our souls have become weak and tired. I am no longer able to resist. The world is deaf and blind. Do you not see us? Do you not hear our cries for help? We are human beings who deserve to live with dignity. Help us. Donate to us. Help us to escape from this life. I want to find a safe haven for my children, to live in peace without worry and thinking. Thank you to those who listened to my cries, donated to me, and helped me.๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅบ๐๐๐๐๐๐ต๐ธ๐ฅ๐ฅ

Fondling
Israel returned to war again. The bombing is everywhere. We are being exterminated here and the whole world is silent.
To date, more than 50k people have been killed, mostly children and women.
There is no food, no drink, hunger, destruction, murder, and no way out of this hell.
We are dying before your eyes please, don't leave us alone! Save us, do something protest, donate, participate.

Hey everyone, my name is Abdelmajed. I donโt usually talk much about myself, but today, I want to share a little piece of my story.
I was born and raised in Gaza, a place that has always been my home ๐ก. I grew up surrounded by my family, my friends, and the streets that I knew like the back of my hand. Life wasnโt always easy, but we had love, laughter, and dreams. I used to think that no matter what happened, home would always be here. But life has a way of changing things in ways we never expect.
Over the past months, everything I once knew has disappeared. The streets that were once filled with children playing are now silent. The houses that held so many memories are now just rubble. And the people I lovedโsome of them are gone forever. ๐
