When I tell people they can simply shift with daydreaming and they hit me with "but I daydream all the time, why haven't I shifted?"

Because you perceive it as a daydream and not a actually reality you are living and experiencing.

If you are daydreaming and you are so focused on the fact you are "not there yet" or the fact you wish to be "actually" experiencing that daydream right now is the reason why you didn't shift through the daydreaming.

Shifting doesn't take much, and telling yourself otherwise is sabotaging yourself. Realise your dr is real and take it in. Immerse yourself in your dr and simply be there and don't overthink it.

Manifesting you can plank 100kg is shifting your awareness to a reality where that's true. Manifesting you can fly is shifting your awareness to a reality where you can.

Manifesting is shifting your reality to one where the manifestation is the thruth. Shifting is manifesting your reality shifts to one of your desire.

ੈ✩‧₊˚ PANTHEISM ☽。⋆

and how it it has impacted my shifting journey, and could possibly impact yours…

there are many definitions of pantheism, and many ways to look at it, but today i’m going to explain it to you (or try to lol) as i see it and try to show you how a pantheistic mindset can aid you in your shifting journey.

pantheism is described as the philosophical and spiritual belief that reality, the universe and nature are identical to or are a supreme deity. like many pantheists, i like to refer to this supreme deity, or the universe, as “the one”.

another definition of pantheism is the worship of all gods and every religion, though this could more accurately be called omnism (which also a very interesting philosophy but that’s for another time).

most pantheism beliefs do not recognize a distinct single god or deity, but instead characterizes a broad range of doctrines differing in forms of relationship between reality and divinity.

pantheism and pantheistic concepts date back thousands of years… in fact, early forms of taoism are considered to adhere to this belief. there was even a school of hindu philosophy that is thought to be similar. cheondoism, which arose during the korean joseon dynasty, and won buddhism are also considered to be pantheistic.

but how does this apply to shifting?

well, let me tell you how.

if, by pantheistic standards, the universe, reality and nature are all one single entity, then that means that we are apart of it. we are apart of “the one”, in fact we are it.

we are the universe experiencing itself.

there is no need to sit in your room or on the bus or at work thinking about “how you hope the universe will let you shift”… because YOU are the universe.

i know people in the shifting community say it a lot. over and over again you hear the advice that you are the only thing getting in your way, that you just need to see that it’s all in your hands, but it’s true. it can be annoying to hear it constantly, but i promise it’s the best bit of advice you’ll ever get.

when your doing your methods or your meditations, say to yourself, “i am the universe and i am letting myself shift”. or say something like “i am the universe and the universe is me”. really, any variation of these statements will work.

it even works for manifestation and the law of attraction.

i have gotten the best results during shifting attempts when i remind myself of these things, and the first time i started using these affirmations i even minishifted.

and don’t worry, even if you’re a christian or pagan or whatever shifter you can still adhere to these beliefs. within pantheism, these other deities exist as extensions of the universe just like you or i. they exist because we believe in them, just like we believe that the sky is blue and the ocean is salty (if that makes sense).

we make our reality and our truths, we do it everyday. easy as pie.

anyways… just a little thing i had on my mind that i thought might help somebody out there. please feel free to research pantheism more on your own, or to ask me questions in dms, comments or asks, im happy to answer.

Detach - detach first, forget about trying to manifest/shift if you wanna enter the I AM state. just simply forget. do not see it as a journey, for it is not a journey, it’s simply you!

You are the void. You are pure consciousness. You are I Am. You are a god. You are your mind.

This entire world is based upon your dominant thoughts that we call assumptions, read that again. YOUR THOUGHTS. You are the creator of your reality, you are a god, your subconscious mind works for YOU? so why the hell are you seeing it as a higher power? Baby, YOU are the HIGHER power. You manifest with your thoughts, your subconscious mind is literally your best friend, your bitch, your slave - whatever you wanna think of it as. It is your MIND, your subconscious mind or the void is not above you, it is not a god, it is not the genie. YOU ARE - YES! YOU🫵🏻 why do you think everything you manifest is because of what you assume? yes it’s because of YOU. Your subconscious mind is just you, it hears what you think not what you see - it does not have eyes (hence why we tell you to ignore circumstances) it is literally a printer, what you constantly affirm it will print the evidence into the 3d reality. Circumstances simply do not matter - it’s all about your state of mind. The reason you all fail the law so fucking badly, is cos you don’t see yourself as the god you are. You see your own damn mind as the god. You see you something you don’t like, you accept that shitty circumstance, you cry, to your subconscious mind, you are just confirming that this circumstance you saw is what your reality is. Remember your subconscious mind has no choice but to keep producing what you are confirming it to be true, if it is not true to yourself, then why do you keep confirming it to your own mind? why do you keep accepting the circumstance when you are continuously told to ignore it? when we tell you to ignore and keep affirming - believe us. Ignore it. Don’t accept it. As always the 3d is just a mirror to what you think, the limiting beliefs are only created by yourself.

The 3D world - your Outer Man - is a reflection of your current assumptions. Change those assumptions and watch your 3d conform, watch it mould to your hands, watch it kiss the feet of your god self, watch it serve you, watch it CHANGE. It’s a MIRROR of YOU.

As quoted by Neville Goddard - You are already that which you want to be, and your refusal to believe this is the reason you do not see it. The world is a mirror forever reflecting what you are doing within yourself. Change the conception of yourself and you will automatically change the world you live in.

This is also a quote by another LoA Coach (Sammy Ingram) - Your job is not to worry about the how, your job is to affirm and persist, so stop reacting to the 3D, it’s just old assumptions playing out so keep affirming for what you want. You are the operant power, what you say goes.

Yes, you are the GOD not your mind. You are the higher power. You are the creator. You are the higher power.

The I AM state is a state where you are detached from the 3d world, where there is no limiting beliefs because the conscious mind shuts off. You are only aware of the 4d - which is your imagination. The 4d awareness is where you are entirely your god self only. The awake state is aware of the 3D and 4D where you are both yourself and your god self.

You are the void. Simply be there, you are there, just be in it . It’s always been a part of you, it’s not above you, it’s below you. It always has been, it’s just a state of consciousness that’s always existed, it’s who you are, The I AM is nothing more, nothing less. You are I AM. It’s within you, inside you. To tap into it, you just have to relax and forget about the 3d. It’s not an escape from the assumption you currently have. The I AM state is just becoming one with your god self.

Now, when you first read about the void state, most of you saw its instant manifestation, which it is. But it also meant most of you instantly suddenly put this void on a pedestal, which upon trying to enter because you have created limiting beliefs from the outer world, your 3d reality, many of you create assumptions it’s hard to enter, that you need to do xyz, that you need to meditate, that you need to do so many techniques. You overcomplicate, it’s a state of connecting with your god/goddess self that can only be achieved by yourself because it’s just a state to connect with your subconscious mind, where your conscious mind shuts off as you are no longer in the awake state, therefore, you don’t have any limiting beliefs to interfere so you can subconsciously affirm and it’s instant.

You just need to relax, maybe do a meditation to de-stress yourself as you will not enter it being stressed. Breathe. Relax. Affirm/Visualise. Affirm I AM/I am void/I am pure consciousness/I am calm and relaxed. Visualise or daydream different scenes. Distract yourself with inner conversations or songs or counting. Do anything you please to take your mind off that you aren’t even thinking about your body or when you’re gonna stop hearing a video. This is why so many fail to enter, you enter with the idea of going to manifest when that should just be the knowing your intention should be to either connect with your god self or to simply just relax it becomes easier, as long as you know you can affirm or shift in the state, you don’t need to force yourself to relax, enter with the knowing but the intention of becoming one with your mind. Become one with your god self, become one with your mind, become one with yourself. With that intention you will not care about when you are gonna enter or about the 3D you are focused on being connected with your mind.

You are the creator, it is your own thoughts that manifest, the subconscious mind works for you. Remember that!

The void isn’t everything, it’s just a state of your own thoughts disconnected from your 3d world. Same way if you are dreaming only you are aware you not sleeping in this state. The void is not the answer to everything, the answer is working on your assumptions.

Work on changing those negative assumptions, work on your self concept, manifestation can still be instant without the void if you just assume it is. You all just forget who you truly are and think of the void as a higher power, it’s not, you are, it’s literally below you! Don’t overcomplicate it, don’t assume it’s hard. You make it harder for yourself. Assume everything is easy, a state of consciousness doesn’t require a good concept to manifest. Your god self is what requires the good concept, the concept of knowing the world is in your hands. Assume manifestation is instant, that you are a master at manifesting, that manifesting is easy, your desires chase you where ever you go.

Negative assumptions - My life is so shitty, everything is so hard for me, I can’t do anything :(

Nope! When we tell you to get out the victim mindset we mean it! Circumstances do not matter as said by every single person in the LOA community. Ignore it, and persist in what you are affirming/assuming. Robotically affirm until it manifests and then watch it become a belief. Decide it’s just yours. Ignore it, ignore the shitty circumstance you have, that we all experience, don’t accept it. When you react, you are just confirming that circumstance to your subconscious mind because it has no eyes, it only hears what you think, it doesn’t know logic it just hears thoughts and produces it into your reality. Think of it like a 3d printer.

Positive assumptions - My life is amazing, everything is just so easy for me, why is everything in my life so perfect? I can do anything I want, I always get what I want, I’m a master at manifesting.

Think of your god self and step into your fucking power, you CAN do anything. Manifestion is limitless and possible, there is nothing you can’t manifest so stop doubting yourself, stop putting yourself down, and remember who the fuck you are and stop accepting shit you don’t want!

Hi doll! I'll gladly answer all of your questions! :)

To answer your first question, yes. Shifting is the law of manifestation. Therefore, you must live in what you currently think of as the 'end.' In your case, that would be currently being in your dr.

You would like to shift? This is how to do it. You want to be in your dr, so convince yourself that you are in your dr. Concentration isn't required, just live with the belief that you are in your dr. If nothing is happening, don't worry about it. After all, you're already in your dr, right?

Number 2! Sure! I would love to!

Although I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for, I'll tell you how following worked out for me.

You need to understand and believe that you are in your dr, regardless of what you're experiencing. So, I went throughout my day simply telling myself that I was in my dr. No need to worry about it if you're already there.

I believe knowing this helped me have my first shift. I talked about it in my first post if you want to check that out. :)

If you tell yourself this enough, you'll eventually believe it to be true. No doubt about that. If you trust what you're saying, that you're already there, then what you see, smell, hear, etc., will be your dr.

Yes, this is a new account, I just made this. I don't care if people question the authenticity of my post, my experience as a shifter, or whatever I'm about to say.

I don't know how to use Tumblr, nor do I know how to make my post reach people who need it, nor would I be a narcissist and say "you're lucky if you found my post!" I don't mind if this reaches an audience or not, I'm glad to get everything off my chest.

Yes. I've shifted.

I have shifted realities, more times than I can count on my fingers, and that is for a very specific reason, which I'll explain later.

I'm writing this because I'm about to permashift, and no, I won't hear out any antishifters or people who don't like permashifting in general, I don't care about your opinion so don't waste my time.

Before I start, I'd like to say one thing:

I was irrational minded, I lacked belief in myself and shifting. Shifting often times felt like a chore more than a fun activity, and i have to admit, it became an unhealthy habit.

So? Why did I mention this?

Because I had been lurking around shifting communities and I realised everyone feels like this, a very (mentally) painful feeling where the lack of shifts starts acting as your biggest enemy, and the phrase:

"Shifting needs practice!"

Sounds like poison when it comes from an experienced shifter.

Though, is the phrase actually true?

No, not at all.

Shifting does not need practice!!

Here's why:

(BTW, I will explain my "method", no matter if I have time or not. Also, I don't call this reality "Current Reality", instead I call it Void reality, so don't get confused.)

The "practice" you're doing is only affecting your void reality (taking time out of your day, making you constantly think you're in your learning phase, so it doesn't exactly lead to your desired reality, does it?)

Of course, if you view it as a skill, it will in some way act like that, it'll become a skill for you, and you can never succeed on your first, second, third, hundredth try, because in your brain you have registered the fact that shifting is this grand, universal task, and that it is very difficult (because its common sense that you practice difficult things to get good at them)

Practice is a very humane and earthly act, if people have succeeded doing just practice, then good for then, they're right in their own way, but it didn't work for me, and in my opinion it's the worst way to view shifting, and often times it is demotivating, and you'll mess up you're entire journey.

Shifting is not a skill, shifting is a universal law.

I'll become more clear as I explain my journey:

My journey:

I found shifting from a random YouTube video 3 years ago. I might have only said cool and moved along.

A year later something traumatic happened in my life, which shook me so badly I needed an escape.

First of all, I chose astral projecting, but I realised I was too much of a coward to do so.

Then I came towards shifting, first DR was very typical, it was Hogwarts.

Having no knowledge whatsoever in the topics of spirituality, meditation, I went straight to methods, because they were like guides for me, I was very inexperienced, of course, and looked at other people and what they were doing for guidance.

Alice in wonderland method didn't do much, raven method was too uncomfortable (side note, all this raven method does is make you too focused on your void reality, cmon, in your DR are you laying down like a starfish?) And I was having terrible trouble with my intrusive thoughts (which made the floor disappear from under my feet, made the stairs for the stairs method too short to climb or straight up made them dissappear as well)

I didn't have any luck that year, no mini shifts, no lucid dreams, or sleep paralysis. And my DRs never remained constant. They always changed on a daily basis.

I was big on methods, I couldn't realize they never worked for me.

Although, this year of failure led me to finally figure out where I belonged.

A DR made out of scratch, which I spend much effort in putting the pieces of it together.

The DR, which was called "Home reality" really made me feel settled in my journey.

LOA, and the consciousness theory were the leading factors which made me shift.

And don't worry, it isn't what you're tired of being told, I didn't just apply any orthodox definition of LOA and succeeded.

Background to my first shift:

It was a particularly stressful day, I really missed my home.

I was studying at my college (I still am, but...) and I was dreading giving a chemistry test, I did not prepare. In my mind, one thing was constantly looping in my head.

The scenario of the chemistry teacher coming in, and taking the test, and the next day I get it handed back with a big fat zero.

But then I stopped and wondered, having already known about the consciousness theory, so according to it:

"I am constantly letting this thought run in my mind, and constantly letting this reality dictate what happens next."

Basically, I realized what was about to happen next was indirectly in my control, but with my line of thinking, I was letting this reality control it directly.

I stopped, like actually stopped thinking.

And with a blank mind I thought.

"I won't have to take any test today."

And went around telling my classmates this with a confident tone.

The teacher came in, said we'll instead do some practicals in lab.

So the test got cancelled.

Going home, I got excited, i felt powerful.

I decided to apply this to shifting.

Before shifting, I took a nap during the day, (if you're tired your body insists on sleeping, so your mind will get hazy and you will start acting lazy towards your goal)

And after living how I normally would, before bedtime, I listened to some songs, and look at a Pinterest board which reminded me of my home reality.

My method and what happened next:

First phase of shifting:

When I laid down on the bed to start shifting, I first got comfy (for me, if I feel sleepy for some reason, I laid on my back, I can't fall asleep in that position, but if I think ill stay awake until I reach a "detached state" then I sleep on my side, it's comfortable)

I obviously wasn't checking the time, but I spent about 10 minutes getting relaxed, all I do to relax is:

a) look at the blackness (closed eyes, looks like starry skies) and try to believe I'm looking at the milky way.

b) think about my home reality, just faces of my loved ones, and nostalgia inducing images.

c) Affirm, but don't focus entirely on affirming, usually in the back of my mind I'm repeating "I have shifted to my home reality" "I have shifted my senses to my home reality" "I have stopped sensing the void reality" "I am smelling, tasting, feeling, hearing and seeing my home reality" no other fancy affirmations required. (Now that I think about it, you need to affirm NOW because this method has two phases, one where you are shifting, and one where you have shifted, and you are in the 3D, where you are occupying your DR self, their thoughts, and memories, and popular method usually only have one phase, either you are shifting, or have shifted. So my point is if you affirm later and you'll be affirming when you're supposed to be in your DR, and obviously, your DR self won't be spouting out affirmations about shifting to a random reality for no reason.)

During this time, you'll feel tingly all over. It's a good sign.

And you'll feel a certain detachment, like you aren't exactly here, you have no idea what position you're lying in, and where your feet are. (Please, for the love of God do not start counting your feet or get freaked out that you can't feel your leg, you'll come back to the void reality.)

So you can start the next phase.

Middle phase (optional):

To prepare for the next and last phase, you can do this to get ready, or don't (First read the third phase)

This is all about connection to your DR.

Think about memories from your DR, focus on the faces of your loved ones, the way you act, talk, your mannerisms in your DR, or you can simply say affirmations like these one:

My name is ___.

I work as a ___.

My age is ___.

Don't try to imagine vividly or anything, lightly touch upon the basic details of your DR, the construction and foundation of any reality and the person, who has existed there for their entire life.

(That's you!)

Phase three:

Take a sudden, abrupt stop from your stream of thoughts. (Yes intrusive thoughts will still pop up but don't give any importance to them) when you're in a blank state of mind, not longer than 30 seconds, you need to build up to the last step of your shifting method, and journey.

a) start imagining hearing the voices of your loved ones or just any voice, calling your DR name, your nicknames, with different tones. (For example, i heard my name in an angry tone from my father when he was scolding me, I heard my name followed by a laughter when my S/O teased me.)

OK, for me, I started feeling intense, groundshaking symptoms at this moment. Sudden flashing of lights, extreme feeling of floating, and ofcourse, feeling tingliness so much that it felt like pins and needle on my entire body. (I did ignore the symptoms)

b) plan the rest of your day in your DR, which you will be spending.

AGAIN, PLEASE DON'T SAY IT LIKE THIS.

❌️When I reach my DR ❌️ I will have to go to that eye specialist for that appointment.

Instead: (and the more you personalize it, the better)

Ughhh, I have to go to that appointment- this day will suck.

(Don't mind my example, that was the only thing I could think of at the moment)

c) in this reality, you are constantly thinking of something, your thoughts are definitely what constructs this reality, and your current thoughts are affecting your subconscious. (By this point, your subconscious is grounded in your DR, so don't worry about that bastard.)

Now, you're going to start thinking, thoughts which are going on in your DR self's mind, start with one sentence, with which you'll be able to start consciously thinking like your DR self.

And think in the style, tone, and mood of your DR self, and keep the thoughts strictly related to your DR.

Thats it, but what happens afterwards? And what happened to me?

So for me, I started feeling weird while I was thinking.

And I remember I thought this:

"Ugh, I don't want eggs for breakfast."

(I'm not saying this is the key to shifting, at this point, I had covered various topics, including, weather, my upcoming work assignment, and praised my S/O for a good 5 minutes.)

And I started panting, like suddenly I was trying to catch my breath, the room felt bright, so I opened my eyes, and well, I was in my home reality :)

I was delirious for a few second, my S/O was looking at me worriedly, but surprisingly, it didn't even take me a minute to adjust, it felt all so natural and I wasn't scared.

I didn't even feel emotional, at all, and didn't hug my S/O with tears in my eyes, I straight up asked to be served breakfast, incase anyone was wondering.

So that's it.

Although i have much to say, I'm tired of writing, but I'm more than willing to answer each and every one of your questions, although I only have 7 hours left till I permashift, I'll remain mostly active till then.

let's talk about what you asked here. you asked how to let go of this reality, this place you are perceiving. and you asked how to live and perceive your end goal instead.

╰☆☆ What does it mean to let go?

to let go is to stop holding onto your current beliefs.

to live in the end, you need to stop living in the beginning. in this sense, you need to let go of what you believe to be true here.

trying to manifest a mansion? or maybe a haircut? you need to let go of the belief that you live in a small house, or that you haven't cut your hair in a few years.

after all, why are you expecting something to happen if you're still holding onto the belief that it won't and hasn't happened?

let's rephrase that actually, it's kinda confusing. currently, wherever you're reading this, you're under the assumption you're reading it there.

for you, at this moment, the "end" that you're assuming (or living in) is that you're in bed in your same normal house without that new haircut you've been wanting.

but when you let go of these beliefs, and assume/live with the assumption that you're reading this in your mansion with that haircut, is when you start living in the end.

live in what you currently think is your end goal, and you'll already have it. <3

lots of you find yourself wondering why you're not shifting.

so let's figure it out! here are a few reasons why you may not be shifting and how you can fix these habits.

1. paying too much attention to this reality and the senses you feel from it. ☆☆╮

okay. you've probably been told a ton of times that you need to ignore everything you hear/feel when you're trying to shift. this isn't necessary however.

you only need to accept the fact that your senses have not fully adjusted with your new reality. next time you try to shift, try your hardest to replace the senses you feel here with what you feel in your dr.

this reality lags a little behind with your wishes! give it a moment, it'll fix itself.

2. doubting your abilities. ☆☆╮

alright. accept it. you know you have the ability to do literally ANYTHING. this might be the stupidest one, yet still one of the most common.

if you find yourself thinking that shifting is hard for you, or counting how many "attempts" you've had, etc, then this one is for you.

the truth is, that you are only struggling because you think you are.

no really.

you're not struggling with shifting, you're struggling with the idea that you can't shift.

all you need to do to fix this is realize that you're able to shift, and truly believe it. you're not struggling, you just think you are and that's what's holding you back.

✮ HOW TO SHIFT

below you will find the PROVEN way to shift! ☆☆╮

hey dolls! it's saint/sophie, here to tell you how to get to your dr.

and surprise-surprise, you already know exactly how. i mean, you've been scrolling for so long. how long has it been already since you discovered shifting? months? years? and you're still here? wow!

it's just crazy to think that after ALL this time, knowing EXACTLY how to shift, you're still here. scrolling down this post. which will tell you what you already know.

whatever, if you want to know for the THOUSANDTH time, i'll tell you again!

shifting is to simply change your experience. changing your experience is changing what you see, hear, taste, feel, and smell.

how do you do this? drifting away from all of those senses in this reality, and morphing them into new ones.

sight is the easiest to start with. picture your dr in your head. see it, (first person) see it and look around with your own eyes. it doesn't matter if all you see here is black. this reality hasn't followed your lead yet.

then switch to touch. what do you feel? is it your bedsheets in your dr room? the walls? your clothes? your feet hitting the ground? this is where you start to tune out.

take your time.

let your thoughts guide you. after all, you're the one who decides what your experience is like.

it doesn't matter what you're feeling here. that annoying fan in your room? you're imagining it! give this reality some time to change.

just focus on your inner self. and if you do this, then you're already there.

so many of you idealize your dr. which in all honesty, is stupid. so many of you put your dr on a make-believe pedestal, like it's unobtainable utopia. you treat it like it's so perfect, like it's so hard to obtain, when at the end of the day you're just fighting yourself.

you're creating an illusion in your head, that somehow, you will never be in your dr. that you aren't already in your dr.

why do you fight yourself? act like you envy your dr self? act like you'll never get there?

like girl, that is YOU! you're already there! stop biting your own tail and then whining because it hurts!
