I’m rewatching S4x06 Yellow Fever. In the episode, we see Dean getting progressively worse. Getting more and more anxious and scared.

They know what’s supposed to happen - the victims get so scared that they die.

Sam knows this, but the entire time Dean is getting worse, Sam’s rolling his eyes at him.

I just remembered he also does it when Dean is excited about something. He rolls his eyes when Dean exhibits any childlike excitement. Mr. Butters decorating for Christmas and Dean was practically bouncing with joy over it comes to mind. When Dean enjoys singing along with a song he likes.

When she didn't invite Misha to the previous jib Jensen brought his brother -in-law Gino with him. I laughed so hard when I saw him in that picture from their dinner. I think Jensen's message was clear. He wanted someone to spend time with but it wasn't her.
