My Ana Rules

Hey! If you don’t have an eating disorder, please get out of this hellhole. Please. You still can. If you do and you need inspiration or are just searching for support, hey. I DO NOT SUPPORT THESE EATING DISORDERS THEY ARE UNHEALTHY SO DONT FOLLOW IN MY FOOTSTEPS!! THIS POST IS FOR ME WHEN IM STARTING TO FALL OFF THE WAGON❤️

🎵My Rules🎵

🍽FOOD🍽

-Never go over 1000 cals. I don’t care if the dog died. DONT GO OVER 1000 CALS!!

-Always have some type of food in the morning, unless you’re fasting. It boosts your metabolism.

-Have at least one cup of green tea 🍵 a day. It’ll make you prettier.

-always try to have some gum on you. It’s not good for your teeth and it might make your stomach hurt, but it’s good for when you really to calm those food pains.

-Eating Candy is fucking stupid. It’s empty calories and fat that don’t benefit you or fill you up.

-have at least a 12 hour fast every day (if you started eating dinner at 8pm, don’t eat until 9am the next morning assuming the meal was done by 9p)

🏋️‍♀️EXERCISE🏋️‍♀️

-always do a little in the morning. I know the morning fucking sucks and makes you want to puke, but you can do it! Just do 25 sit ups or go for a jog. Any-fucking-thing.

-ride your bike at least 2 miles every day.

-make sure you get to the gym 3 times a week AT LEAST

-Push yourself! You can do it! But stop if you feel like absolute utter shit.

📅SCHEDULE📅

-1 cheat day on the 21st every month. Have your favorite foods! (I.e one bag of popcorn, half a slice of cake, 2 microwave burritos)

-Follow abc diet to the tee. If I mess up one day, go 100 cals over the limit the next so my body doesn’t go into starving mode

⚡️MOTIVATION⚡️

-Take 5 square breaths in between every bite

-Ask yourself if it will look prettier as fat or your thighs or from afar. (Will that slice of cake look better of my thighs or on that platter)

-Remember that everyone can fucking tell when you’ve had a piece of cake

-imagine having your sweaters practically fall off you when you try to wear them

🎉Rewards🎉

-If you’ve completed a 24 hour fast with zero calories, you can buy 1 art supply (ie. kneading eraser, box of markers, sketch pad)

-if you’ve completed a 48 hour fast with zero calories, you can get a book, a notebook, 1 free cheat day, a pack of sharpies, or a gym skip day.

-if you’ve achieved a GW then you can start a project with a friend or get a new piece of art for your room
