ah, the age old question
first, I would start by tickling them first. just a little bit at first. during banter, try poking their side or fluttering a couple fingers on their side. the most effective way to get someone to tickle you is to make it retaliation.
if they respond well with the small tickles, you should incorporate it into teasing them regularly. if they express that they don't like it, they might not be comfortable doing the tickling either, which puts an end to that.
another method is playing keep away with something of theirs. this also often incites tickle fights

I love that tickling can be playful, giggly, and warm. I don't want to kink shame anyone else, but at my core I'm a very nonviolent good vibes person, and sometimes it's exhausting for me how much kink feels like it's about pain, suffering, degradation, shame, and torture. I donβt have a tag for that. A lot of the videos I have for that, the switch happens in a separate video. I do have this dare I say ancient clip of a video I really liked where the robber comes in and tries to tickle the person but only has the tables turned on them.
