Why whenever I get in the shower I start hearing' people in the house

We have the most incredible, fantastical, outlandish dreams and nightmares every night. They seem like the greatest story ever told, until we try to tell them to another person; then they just sound dumb and uninteresting.

okay so we're waiting on the gofundme to be approved but in the meantime my bro gave me his info to share. if you're new to my page I'll give a rundown (or you can check my #arya update tag for more info)

my dog arya who is my entire world and never shows pain or cries started yelping in pain on Monday night then through Tuesday she refused to lay down and stood on her legs for nearly 30 hours no matter what we did to try to help. shes a proud and stubborn dog who never shows pain or weakness and doesn't like to show she needs help.

Early Wednesday morning we took her to the vet and they looked her over and prescribed a few pain killers and gave her a shot. we brought her home, meds kicked in and she was able to sleep a few hours at a time.

Late Thursday night to Friday she took a step back to what she was doing on Monday and Tuesday but added smacking her water bowl, food bowl and joint medications but didn't want any and we believe she was asking for help in the only way she knows how. Now her front legs are shaky from standing so much and trying to compensate. We took her back to the vet this time with videos of her behavior and the vet said they were taking xrays immediately. they found she has severe arthritis in her left leg (she's had a bum leg since she was a puppy) and it spread to her lower back and right leg. they gave her two shots, laser therapy and trazodone (she is now on 6 medications) to try to help her relax. shes still wandering around today but is at least taking 30 minute naps. the appointment was nearly $500 dollars but the vet has worked out a payment plan thank God. shes due back monday for another laser therapy session then Thursday for laser therapy and another shot and evaluation. they're currently trying to treat the arthritis in her legs but if her pain is more in her back we'll have to switch to other shots and treatments. despite all of this she's bright eyed, responsive and still giving out kisses. as long as there's a chance for her to live comfortably we're doing everything we can to save her.

I was actually in the process of getting her a certified support dog for my autism and anxiety. shes always helped me with my problems so please help me help her with hers. my dads not working, me and my bro are living with him because we got kicked out of our old house and it got bulldozed. my brother is on unemployment and is going on 5 days of no sleep looking after her now and we NEED help with her bills. if the shots and therapy work it will be weekly for the foreseeable future but we need in the RIGHT NOW to see if she responds to it.
