BEFORE : What is Wonyoungism about ?

୨୧ Wonyoungism is about taking care of yourself and making the best version of yourself possible, many people who participate in wonyoungism idolize the idol Wonyoung!

START : GOALS

୨୧ Goals and thoughts.

╰ First, take out a pen and paper, write down what you'd like to achieve, change, or improve on. Remember wonyoungism is about taking care of yourself, but before you can do that, make sure to question yourself on what you'd like to improve on or change.

୨୧ Plans.

╰ Look back at your previous notes and think of ideas on how you can succeed in achieving these goals, write your best ideas down and choose the ones that sound the best to your liking.

୨୧ Schedule

╰ Write down a schedule that helps you slowly but surely achieve these goals but still gives you time to take care of yourself. Remember to not push yourself! Wonyoungism is all about being healthy and having a good life style.

ೀ goal examples / ideas : healthier diet, better grades, wake up earlier, start new hobbies, go out more .

〃Remember though, be specific with your goals. Ask yourself questions and answer them as specific as you can so you have a clear vision of what you'd like to improve on.

like me :) | I actually just went for it, didn't even think about it and just took my chances. It worked and I'm so grateful for all the support on my posts !

01 : write down what type of tips you'd like to share on your account.

౨ৎ It can be glow up tips , fun things to do in the summer , self care products , routines , daily affirmations , etc.

02 : choose an aesthetic to make your account pop and unique!

Greet and compliment everyone, even small talk can make someone's day. Tell someone that you love their hair, makeup, outfit, etc.

Be positive at all times, never think negatively. Instead of "I wish i was prettier." think "I'm beautiful, and I can always change my appearance if i try hard enough."

Comfort anyone when they're feeling sad, even if you're not good at it. Listening to someone's problems can really make their day and cheer them up.

𝜗𝜚 Trim every 1 - 3 months !

꒰its super duper important to trim your hair every 1 - 3 months, not only will it get rid of all those split ends but it'll make your hair look healthier and shinier !

𝜗𝜚 Hair mask 1 - 2 times a week !

꒰hair masks will help with hair growth a ton! It can strengthen your hair and prevent breakages. I've used the fino hair mask for a few weeks now and it has been working so much!! my hair is getting longer and healthier too! get yourself a hair mask!

𝜗𝜚 Stay away from hairstyles that can rip out hair !

꒰stay away from any hairstyles that pull up your hair! Buns, ponytails, up-dos, etc. It can damage your hair follicles, which help your hair grow.

𝜗𝜚 Don't wash your hair everyday !

꒰washing your hair everyday can make the shampoo strip the important natural oils that make your hair grow! Wash your hair 2 - 3 times a week at most !!

𝜗𝜚 Massage scalp regularly !

꒰massaging your scalp can increase hair thickness by stretching the cells of hair follicles! It stimulates the follicles to produce thicker hair, leading to hair growth!

remember to only take notes of important facts / definitions. don't copy the whole page of the textbook because everything may not be super important.

keep your notes organized, add headers / titles to every new topic so you can study easier.

CONCENTRATION ୨ৎ

don't listen to music with singing, it can cause distractions and you won't get much done.

ignore distractions as much as you can. (unless an important event came up) this includes calls, texting, and much more.

make sure to let yourself take breaks. don't tire yourself.

GOALS ୨ৎ

set realistic goals. don't set goals that aren't healthy and that will get you burnt out.

after completing your goals, reward yourself with something like your favorite snack or watching a tv show you've been dying to watch!
