day 165 without my husband Michael James Way

i’m getting worried. i sent a letter a month back and still no reply. his mother tells me that it is probably nothing, and that it will take time for his reply gets to me. i hope he’s alright. mikey enlisted, but i know it was only because gerard was drafted. he doesn’t want to be there. i know i’m probably paranoid, but i have a feeling that something had gone terribly wrong. i’ve resorted to looking at his picture—i keep it in my wallet now. i hope to hear back from him soon. maybe once he comes home, we can go out dancing again.
