I’m out of most of the supplements that have historically helped me (virtually as much as my meds) because they’ve been lowest priority in rolling crises but I had an extremely disheartening appt with my doc today, both neuros and psych are away for all of April and my neuro left without requesting promised urgent brain imaging again, so anything extra would be so appreciated so I can at least get back onto some of my usual and see if they help
