    Difference from Scorer Points

    [edit]

Hello, i think there should be a difference to scorer points in some way or you probably should seperate football and rugby. Because in some sports (Ice hockey, floorball) there are Goals and Scorer Points and both are basic data that should be present in Wikidata in my opinion. was about to post the exact same thing, but saw this response. This category needs to be refined in some way as it is unusable for sports like ice hockey etc where goals and points are separate statistics. CanadianCodhead (talk) 01:08, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Guidance on what games should be counted here?

    [edit]

Is there any official documentation or guidance on how this and P1350 should be used in terms of what games should count. For example in football, many of the data points are imported from Wikipedia, which explictly only counts games in the domestic league in their totals. Thus cups, European matches etc are excluded. But it would seem that any proper accounting of the number of games and goals for a player should include these ?
