My manga recommendation list is now done. There are a little over 220 titles listed on this page in total.
Honestly I was planning on waiting until I was finished the whole site before sharing this, but unfortunately, it turns out that I’m still very much figuring out what I want from a website design-wise! Oh well. I was contemplating leaving off more well-known series, but I don’t know what constitutes well-known these days, so this list is more or less every series I like that I have either completed or have read a significant number of chapters of.
Please note that this site is optimized for 1920 x 1080 display on Firefox. It will look completely unreadable on mobile (unless you’re using desktop view) and less pretty on any other display. I will probably never fix this unless I begin to feel personally inconvenienced by it. Thank you!!
I feel like tariffing the “entire world” is literally just functionally sanctioning yourself
JDPON DON STANDS WITH THE ENTIRE WORLD AGAINST THE US MENACE!!! WE WILL UNITE THE GLOBE UNDER A RED BANNER AND SMASH THE TERROR OF THE UNITED STATES ONCE AND FOR ALL. COMMUNISM IS NOT LOVE! COMMUNISM IS A HAMMER, WHICH WE USE TO CRUSH THE ENEMY. 美国去死!!!!
It’s so crazy how you can measure the shifts in culture based on which race Ariana is pretending to be

Do you guys have like. AMVs of the mind. Like fanvideos that you have edited in your head for specific media to certain songs and every time you hear the song (or at least sometimes) you think about this nonexistent fanvideo. Used to happen to me a lot in high school and now I still do it sometimes just for fun
Hmm, no, I’m afraid not. Occasionally imagining a little movie in your mind is not a maladaptive trait. The word you’re looking for is “daydreaming.” I’ve long been a maladaptive daydreamer and has to work on it, but it’s only maladaptive if it’s interrupts your life, sleep schedule, becomes addictive etc. No need to pathologise perfectly normal behaviors yaknow

ok but have you read the language and gender paper that's literally about the evolution of pronoun usage in reference to Gwyndolin on Reddit? bcuz it's a good one

looking up animal crossing fan art and still finding jjkxreader fics in the search….when will it end…when will it end…
throughout history, the wealthy and powerful tend to create a set of rules for themselves to follow- european gentry, for example, developed specific rules for speech, dress, eating, manners, etc etc. and to some extent these rules did restrain them, but at the same time, it gave them power- by following these rules, you show your status as someone with power, both to other powerful people, and to those of lower class. certainly there were nobles who chafed under these rules, but the vast majority of them, consciously or subconsciously, accept them as the price for power, even enjoyed performing them as a status symbol. it would be ridiculous to say that the nobility was oppressed by feudialism- they wielded incredible power and freedom to use that power to hurt others, even if they had to play by a handful of rules to do so.
this post is about men.
