Only 30 Minutes of Upper Body & Cardio
Repeat this circuit 3 times and rest for 60 seconds between sets. Don't forget to stretch your body afterwards for all your hardwork! :)
7 Minute Toned Upper-Body
Perform each of the following exercises for 30 seconds at high intensity. Rest for 5 seconds between each. If desired, this circuit can be performed 2-3 times!
