With this project, we gave a beachside condo in a mid-century modern high-rise building a design refresh inspired by retro Miami Beach hotels. We incorporated lots of pattern and pastel colors into the design, mixing cement tile and terrazzo-look porcelain tile for a bold look in the kitchen and bathrooms. Simple white paint and white epoxy floors gave the space a modern, fresh feel.
